The “Philly cheesesteak” is trash. You order one and when you pick it up to find out it’s roast beef lunch meat warmed up at very best. Sautéed onions and peppers? That’s a joke. If you want a cold sub, I recommend this place to do what you need it to. Hot subs? Don’t even waste your money.

Love em's subs!!! I always get the baked ham and it is great!! I have their salads and other subs and they were very good. Fast service and you can get delicious cookies and gobs,chips and a great selection of bottled drinks. Also lottery machine is a plus.

I love Em's subs by far I know the ingredients on how to make my own but it's not the same even when people bottle their own dressing or sauce and you by the sauce and put it on your home made sub it still isn't the same I don't know what kind of hidden magic you do to your subs Em's but they are the best by far!

Kathy Forsythe, the manager, tried to charge me over 10.00 for the sausage breakfast wrap combo. Then tried 8.50. Finally got the real price of 7.73. I wonder if she is trying to do this to everyone?

Great prices and even better staff. Stopped during lunch so they were very busy but the staff kept things running very well...with smiles on their faces too!

Someone needs to clean house at the Goucher Street location. All I've ever been met with is an adolescent with an attitude problem. Subs are never made correctly and whoever the snot was working the register at 4pm on 9/5/21, don't ask for house dressing! She has no idea what you're talking about and quickly makes it YOUR problem! Seriously done with Em's 🙄.

We like the subs very much, but courtesy, which we value, is lacking. We picked up a sub and another item at the Goucher Street location and paid by credit card. We never received a thank you or even acknowledgement. I worked in the retail business for 31 years and I know the value of a friendly smile and a simple thank you. The cashier at this location should be made aware of it.
