Has great furniture and deals that's we needed. We recently brought a refrigerator which was so super easy to select due to their organization. We did some information on a computer and then we finished! Very lovely once again

I've got a lot of things from Aarons, they have a nice thing for people who cannot afford to make large purchases outright. My single and largest complaint is if you get even one payment behind they are knocking on your door and calling all of your "references" telling them you owe money. That's not what "references" are for.

I have priced out furniture from every furniture store within 40 minutes from where we live, which is about 10-12 stores. And every time we have done this, about 3 or 4 times, Aaron’s has always came up as the best value when buying outright! We bought leather reclining furniture from them a few years ago, and after a year, one piece of our furniture broke. The furniture was still under warranty but they no longer carried that style we had. So they completely replaced our whole furniture set with a brand new set that was very similar looking. I wouldn’t recommend buying any rugs, end tables, decorations, or anything like that from there because all of that is completely overpriced! But as far as living room furniture, and some times TVs, they seem to always be the best deal, again when buying outright. Also the staff at the Lower Burrell store and McKnight Rd. (Only went once to this store) is very friendly and helpful!!!

I love their products but I've been waiting literally all day and they still haven't deliver my stuff now there closed and I have no idea when my items are coming guessing not until tomorrow or later this week if at all. I called multiple times throughout the day and they kept changing the delivery time with no definite answer and the last time I called they said within the hour it would be delivered it is very frustrating and I feel like my time and day has been wasted

I deal strictly with Aarons in Lower Burrell and I can say that I've never met a greater buch of people!!! The products and service are excellent! They have a staff that has gone above and beyond. I had a little financial difficulty and instead of banging on my door to get my things they have helped and worked with me to keep my things. They are truly amazing! I couldn't be more thankful to be dealing with each one of them. If you need anything for your home....I highly recommend Aarons!
