Just ordered from here… was told 38 min wait.. ended up being an additional hour on top of the 38. Was missing a garlic sauce from pizza box; one of the 2 pizzas over cooked. Usually love papa Johns, will not be ordering from here for awhile now. Give it 1 star for arriving and another for the correct pizza. Loss 3 for cold food temp; being late; missing garlic sauce (their signature that makes them stick out among other chains). Shame.

Ordered online and my wife decided to be nice and pay with her card but I wanted to give the tip with cash since I always tip very generously. And shortly after I placed my order with no tip on the card since giving cash tip (usually minimum 9 to 11 dollar tip every time) I received a text almost right away saying no tip= all leg action 🤣 from the driver since they thought I wasn't going to tip so I replied I was going to be giving a cash tip not on the card that my wife paid with but since them being ignorant and I have a feeling they would mess with my stuff since they already where brave enough to text me that I was goung to cancel. And when I called the store to cancel yhe person at the store was like ok and could care less how I was treated. So I will most likely never order there again.

I ordered the epic stuffed crust pizza and when it got here the box wasn't even closed completely. Thr pizza is burnt and there's like no gooeyness to the little bit of cheese in the crust. Used to be my favorite pizza place. Last 2 times prior my pizza was cold and not fully cooked. When i called and spoke to the manager woth an attitude i get what do you what me to do about it? Like you are the manager you tell me. I think I'll be finding a new place to order from.

Ordered 2 pizzas . They put the pizza on our porch. Didn't even knock on the door. Our pizza was cold. We had a tip for the driver .

Looked forward to a pizza party, and bragged how good papa johns pizza was the best ive ever had. Ordered 4 pizzas on line, when picked up they had been on an unheated shelf, all were cold for party. The topings also seemed skimpy. The new location is not worthy of the popa johs name!

Cardboard and ketchup. Also one of the few American businesses to retain ties to Russia. Still, the awful excuse for pizza is the main reason to avoid.

The heart pizza was different from their hand tossed pizza. The pizza was flakey and very very thin. It was ok pizza but I won’t order it again. I don’t know if the pizza was supposed to be cut but it was delivered to me uncut. I love papa johns pizza but this pizza wasn’t really it for me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The delivery driver ate half of my pizza. I called to get a refund and all they can do is remake it. All of you need fired. You don’t know what people are going through and now you’re making me walk through the pouring rain/ tornado watch to get what I paid for.

Excellent businesses. Delivery was perfect. Food was perfect. Just amazing. I think the haters are being jerks making things up. Perfect every time I order. High quality 110% all the way around. Negative reviews are fake. Food excellent...Delivery perfect and very friendly. Other reviews are not real. They are probably competitors. Amazing experience. I'm with my Papa John's forever

Rarely ever do I have a problem with this store. But I just placed a delivery order through the app. I forgot to add a tip, so I called the store and had them had over a 20% tip to the order. We had clear instructions that we wanted NO CONTACT. leave the food on the front porch and not to knock (hubby and i have covid and are quarentining, we also have dogs and a new born.) The guy who delivered our food sat in our driveway while I'm standing there waiting for him to leave. The guy would not leave. Came to the door again and my husband had to go out and get the food from the guy. I highly recommend whoever delivered our food get covid tested since he could not follow directions and came in direct contact with someone who is covid positive. I called the store back to ask them to remove the tip. They never added the tip on anyway so atleast there's that. Please have your employee get tested. And please make that during a pandemic they are following customer instructions. No contact is NO CONTACT. We have cameras, we see the food, just drop it and go. And lastly, i did not receive the extra pizza sauce I ordered.
