My ac capacitor died on the hottest week of the year. A very knowledgeable lady answered the phone and located the part required from my serial number. I am in Boston and it was here as promised the next day! Amazing. There were slightly cheaper places but delivery was 2 weeks out and probably the wrong part. Awesome.

Verifiably gave wrong part, was excessively dismissive and unapologetic to the negative circumstance they caused for the customer. Do not recommend and will not return to do business. 12/5/2019 You have the wrong customer. I have never emailed and I have not ordered anything regarding wells from this business. We visited in person and not online. My issue was resolved by another company and I have no desire to deal any further with this business.

The blower fan died on our furnace on Saturday, and we found the entire blower assembly, brand new, at Keith Specialty Store. We placed the order that same day. The blower shipped out Monday afternoon, and was delivered on Wed. The blower fit perfectly, installed in minutes, and is now running perfectly. The old blower sounded like an old truck driving over a train trestle bridge, but the new one is so quiet, all we can hear is the sound of moving warm air coming from the vents! Thank you so much for your outstanding service, excellent product, and great prices! We would not hesitate to recommend Keith Specialty to anyone, and will not hesitate to do business with them again!
