John and his team were amazing!! Our AC broke down on the middle of a 95 degree day. Called John, he came out that night to look at it. He and his crew were out two days later on a Saturday to install a new AC and furnace. When John first came out we were very comfortable with his knowledge of what needed to be done.. We then met Josh and Bill who were very professional and very friendly to not only our son but our dogs. Air Pure is incredible, the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant. I got scheduled in quickly and the work was done fast. Josh amd his partner were incredible! Both were extremely pleasant and managed to put a huge smile on my face. Josh thoroughly explained the quote and what things meant prior to the install. Before, during, and after the install he made himself available for questions or comments. Explained exactly what I needed to do and where I needed needed go online for my warranty. He made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and where they were drilling to install the first air conditioner in this house. It was raining outside and they managed to keep my house clean! They cleaned up as if they were never even here. The entire experience was pleasant. Josh is charismatic and really put my mind at ease. I can with confidence say that I trust the Air Pure Team! A wonderful experience. 10/10 team.

I had Air pure inc. replace my furnace and central air unit, they came right away and the technicians completed the job promptly. My furnace went out the day after me and my wife brought my newborn son home from the hospital like I said they came right away and finished the new furnace in a couple of hours. Just this past week they came to replace my old central air unit when the condenser on the old unit went bad again they came right away and finished it that day. The employees there work as a team to do quality work in a timely fashion I would suggest them to anyone who needs a furnace air conditioner etc, my entire family has used them for our HVAC needs and will continue to do so.
