We had Superior Air Duct come out and clean the vents and furnace, as well as sanitize it all. I could not be happier with how much cleaner the air in our house is. My kids and I are all suffering severely from allergies when we moved into our new house and after cleaning it all, we have been able to breathe and sleep better. Definitely recommend. John was super courteous, arrived on time and went right to work, cleaned up everything when he was done, and aside from our air being cleaner you would never know he was here. After doing research and calling other area duct cleaning companies, we chose Superior Air Duct Cleaning Company! You won’t be disappointed! From the initial call to the very end, the process was easy. We thoroughly thought highly of Roger who was the technician that came out to our home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, but most importantly took his time to do it right. After the service the company emails you before and after pictures of your ducts. The before and after pictures are astounding! Definitely an investment that’s worth knowing that your ducts are free of all kinds of bacteria especially when adding the sanitizing service!

Very good experience. Ryan did the HVAC cleaning and was very professional and explained all the details of the cleaning. The work was done very well and they showed pics of of the entry points for the duct runs. It would’ve been nice to see the whole run but that would require some serious camera ability. The ducts weren’t bad at all considering they were never cleaned since building the house 18 years ago…maybe it wasn’t really necessary but were trying to help out on the allergens in our house. The service is a little pricey but it’s definitely not easy work. I recommend Superior Air Ducts and would use them again. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

According to the pictures and to what we perceive, they did a good job. My only 2 problems were that the tech did not know that I wanted the dryer duct cleaned. That was discussed with whoever called me. And they cancelled the first appointment on the day of the appointment and they said they would know us a freebie because they had to reschedule. Really enjoyed my experience with this company. The young man who made my appointment was very friendly and detailed. I was able to get a quick appointment. The service guy was awesome as well. Very nice person, and did a great job. Their pricing came in at a better rate than another place I called. I coupled that with all the great reviews online and I knew this was the place to go with. Great price, great reviews, great service...it makes for an easy decision. The before and after pics were nice to see. It gave me peace of mind to know that the air system was all clean. We are very impressed with Superior Air Duct Cleanings job on our house. They were great from start to finish, excellent communication, arrived when they said they would, and the technician, Rick, was very polite and professional! Our home was built in the 1940s and we don’t think the duct work had ever been cleaned. I couldn’t keep up with the dust here no matter how hard I tried! It was very easy to set up an appointment by email with superior duct cleaning. John was very detailed and helpful with providing how the process works. His estimated time was spot on with how long it would take. The gentleman that came and cleaned the air ducts was very professional, well spoken, and polite. He took his shoes off while working in the house. He went above and beyond by showing me how the air ducts looked before he cleaned them. The HVAC company that installed my furnace did not leave an access panel. He cut 2 access panels, patched them, and made it look very nice at no extra cost. I wanted to wait four days to write a review so that I could provide feedback after the cleaning. My wife, kids, and I can tell a huge difference. It has helped our daughter's allergies incredibly. The price for the service was very reasonable for the detailed work that was done. I was very surprised that the house was not dusty afterwards.
