Old store needs remodel job. Feels disorganized and cluttered. Feels dingy and dirty. Last choice for shopping. Deli employees Rude they don't like being asked to slice lunch meat thin to customers request. EVERY time I asked for lunchmeat sliced fresh very thin the womanworking the deli gave attitude was very rude. I have never spent another $ in that store.

SnS, if you're going to sell items by the pound, have a scale handy so your customers can weigh their purchases. We have a right to know how much we're buying before we get to the cashiers. That's poor customer service.

Randy & Jennifer at service desk are super employees! They are both extra nice and very helpful. When I go in the store I always swing past the service desk to see if either 1 of them are working. The bakery staff are just as nice! The deli-not so much. Produce department is always stocked & clean. I like the 3 day sales this store offers + they double manufacturer's coupons! On April 6, 2022 I went back (hoping they started making their Paska) and to my pleasant surprise, they had some!! Theirs is the best I've ever had from a bakery! I used to make my own, but my bread machine broke down, so I'm so glad I can get DELICIOUS Paska bread so close to home!!

This store is a small branch,owner owns a couple stores..i only go there for the sales.i still think they are expensive,they have a card to collect for cents/dollars off your gas...

Was talking with my wife., and another couple casually walk like 10 ten steps and was in our buisness.. and get to check out then again had people in our personal buisness.. I didn't like that

A lot of times I'd buy ground meat from this Shop N Save and it was brown in the middle and red on the outside. If you don't make it the day you buy it, the next day it's old and Smells bad. Need receipt to return and they only give you another pack of meat that is the same way. Everything else meat wise I'll look at close before buying. I just don't buy ground meat at that store anymore!!! Keep your receipt. Also, if your planning on using your "points" for gas, go to the Sunoco on Lyle Blvd close to shop N Save. The other one down the road wouldn't let me get the gas with the discount card. He told me I had no fuel points on the card. This was after I put $30 worth of gas in the car. I had gas cans as well. He shut off pump at $30 and told me I'd have to pay for that before he could do anything else. He didn't want to honor the gas discount program. I ended up paying the $30 without getting a discount at all. He said I had no points on my card. I Went to store and they confirmed they were still there. $2.43 per gallon! I couldn't even use it!!

Good store. They really try hard and the cashier's are fast and friendly considering some of the customers they have to deal with. Good selection of produce and goods for this local store.

Produce is something left to be desired.... the expiration dates should always be checked. And I'm not sure the yogurt cooler is at the correct temp. Always seems to feel cool / borderline warm. The employees are always nice and smiling

The store is always clean and well stocked. Other than that, always check the expiration date before you purchase something (milk, cheese, donuts, chips etc). Many times I would add things to my cart, check-out, get all the way home, then find myself needing to jump back in my car and bring an item back because it expired months ago. Most of the staff are friendly but you have two or three in the store that constantly seem like they have a daily attitude problem. The store is overall clean but the PIN pad where you put your phone number for your shop n' save card is always dirty. Saw a small ketchup smear on the screen when I came back the next day, same register, same ketchup smear and was the same the next day I came back, I take it these do not get wiped off?
