Worst experience at this location. Ordered furniture online and was told it had to be ordered that they didn’t have it. Waited a week and I called to see the progress and was told it was there and scheduled a delivery day and time. The scheduled day came and no furniture delivered. Called the store and was rudely told the person taking care of my account had walked out and quit . Manager tells me my application was denied and I have to send a self addressed stamped envelope to the store to get the reason for denial and refused to help me any further . No apologies no nothing . So you ordered my furniture scheduled a delivery day and without even a phone call tell me I’m denied a week later ! My fiancé calls back and requests to put it in his name and is rudely told no you live with her .So what !!!! It doesn’t go by household it goes by the individual! We are both in good standing with this company and are both being told we can’t rent. We call a different store and explain the situation and the manager checks both our names and says yes we both are in good standing with the company !!!! We proceed to apply through him and have no problems and are waiting for our a furniture to get delivered a second time. The manager at the Mckeesport store discriminated against us for no reason. Do not support this location!! Thank you to the Greensburg location and the fact that they actually cared about us as customers.

This store doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I called to know how to change my bank card to set up auto pay on the new card. The genteman was really nice. I asked if everything was good. Did I need to do anything. He said my account was up to date and my next payment was due the 15t . I get a call couple days later and was told I hadn't paid and that I had a NSf. I said I explained what happened and it was a mix up. He said he will talk to manager to waive the fees. I said ok call back and I can pay. Never called me back and manager calls me demanding payment. I explained and he didnt seem to care. I said said I can make the payment. He gave me a higher total and I asked why. He said you bounced check. I was like that was supposed to be waived due to what happened. I've never been late and have been a customer in another state with no issues. He said he was the manager and he knew nothing about it. He only cared to get the payment and didnt care what happened. That is bad service. I had excellent standing with Rent a Center and that was rude. All he keep stating is hes the manger. During this time with Covid you would think more understanding would be there. I wasnt calling to not pay .I was making sure my information was up to date and continue my payments. I will never use you again. I will not recommend and will blast bad reviews where ever I can with social media. Very disappointed. Horrible management and thank you for crapping on a loyal customer. By the way who raved about the service. Guess Nevada got it down but PA is horrible!

Do not send me threatening letters for reposesion during A GLOBAL PANDEMIC after explaining to you numerous times I had been laid off for 4 months. Also dont change account holders just cuz u dont want to hear there frustrations and especially dont offer protection that will help you financially if u wont honor it when needed.

The workers and stuff for my furniture was good but when I got the furniture I started to notice bug bite on me and my family so I started go there the furniture and found in the pre owned rocking chair that there was thousands of bed bug eggs and bed bugs

We were a couple days past due, we had to wait til pay day to pay on our stuff. My fiancee phone was busted, he had no way of contacting them. And my phone would only let me the internet, which i was lucky for that. I told them when they showed up at my door, threatening to bust my windows out, that was gonna pay them when he got paid. They told me that they were no longer excepting payments from us, and that they want their merchandise back. Instead of working with us, they threaten us. And yes, i was laying on the couch when they showed up, cause i have health issues, their lucky i didn't call the cops on them for making threats against me. I told to go get their merchandise and the hell out. It's found another company much more cheaper than rent a center. Shop around you all, before you go to them. I won't no more. They just lost a reliable customer.
