I used Shank door about 3 years ago to install two new garage doors and openers on a new detached garage I had built. I liked the installers personal dedication to their work and the care they put into my new doors. So when it came time to replace my garage doors on my attached garage, there was no doubt on who I was going to call to handle the job. This time I was having two old doors and openers replaced with two new insulated doors and wifi/APP capable Liftmaster Jack Drive openers just like I had installed on my new detached garage. Joel, showed up in the morning as scheduled and started the removal process. In no time Joel had the old doors, tracks and openers down and cleaned up and ready to start installing the new doors. I asked him if he minded if I hung out with him while he worked and he obliged. I expressed to him I was not trying micro manage him or question what he was doing but, just simply to chat and make him feel comfortable. Joel, was great to talk to and we exchanged stories during his time there. When lunch time came around I left and picked up some carry out for him at my cost. It was great to have such a personable gentleman over to do his job and do it very well. My wife and I both are more than happy with our purchased products and especially happy with Joel’s work. Upon Joel getting ready to leave, a neighbor of mine texted me and asked if Joel would be willing to stop by their place and answer some questions about a door replacement. Joel was happy to assist and was more than anxious to Champion his company and their products. Hopefully I will get a chance to see Joel or another great Shank Door employee in the near future! Thanks again Joel for a job well done!!!

Our experience with Shank Door was outstanding from start to finish. Their salesman Tim was awesome with helping us choose our color and style of the entry door we wanted. The part I valued most is he was not pushy at all! Had several other estimates that all felt pressured. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of door they installed for us today, and they were the best price! Installers were excellent as well, courteous and professional. Would recommend any time.

We used Shank Door to replace the springs on our garage door. Their pricing is superb and they included both springs whereas other companies wanted more money for just one! Nate was our technician and he was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work in less than 30 minutes! I like to know how things work and he took the time to answer all of my random questions after the work was done. Nate is awesome and I would recommend Shank Door to anyone!

Please read all. I am giving 5 stars because the installer, Tim G, was very good and knew what he was doing. He answered all the questions i asked and took pride in his work. Now shank door in a different story. I had an appointment to have the doors installed on Friday about a month and half after i order the doors. They came me the appointment! Took off work that Friday. They called and cancelled because did not finish work at a job they were on. OK, came when the said, on Monday. Went to pay and the $200 that the salesman told me was for hauling the doors away said I can save that if I keep the doors. Great, I want to save money as well as they want to make it. BUT. Got the invoice and the door removal was on it. I called the office. Office said the salesman was mistaken it is actually $240.00. I am thinking Great! I can save more. NO, not correct. They now called it stacking because the installer had to walk the panels (8 of them I purchased 2 doors.) about 15 feet and lay them on top of each other so that cost $160.00. I saved $80.00. Good but not $200 which help me make up my mind to go with them. Makes one wonder what other shady things are in their works. But Tim G. did a great job.

I ordered a garage door from Shanks Door for our barn. The wait time was a little more than 2 months till they came and installed it, but they kept me updated the whole time. Ernie did a great job installing the door. He was professional and efficient in his work. Door looks great and functions awesome.
