Smartpay cards do not work at the pumps, & every week I call the 1 800 # I complain inside but nothing is getting done the 1 800 # told me they called yous & were told nothing is wrong at the pumps outside but I guess I just like calling the 1 800 # to complain about it maybe you should be calling them & telling them every time a customer comes in & complains or am I the only one?

This place is honestly a joke. The customer service is now trash. Go in there and the girl working was straight up yelling to the customers to get out because they close early🙄 regardless how much stress you are under that is no way to behave.

Decent enough. The pizza and pork bbq sandwiches are great! Only thing is that they don't give bags unless you ask. The staff is usually nice and quick about service.

To many people hangout in front of this place. You can't enter without being bombarded for money, cigarettes or change. The store is clean, workers are nice. It's just the randoms that won't leave you alone trying to get in to the store.

I go to a lot of different Turkey Hills, my favorite being in Womelsdorf because their customer service is amazing every single day. They handle stressful or annoying situations with grace and go about their day. Unfortunately this one is on my way to work so it’s dreadful having to stop there when I have to. They have stank attitudes at all hours of the day. Don’t work in customer service if you’re always going to let your poor attitude ruin someone else’s day. The cashier was literally complaining about his job in front of customers and had an attitude with me because I was having issues with my card pin and wanted to try it about two times. I could see from the corner of my eye he was making faces as if he was annoyed to his friend that was behind me. Overall, he seemed miserable and I don’t think that attitude ever foes away. After that, I’ll just take the extra miles to stop in Womelsdorf from now on.

I like Turkey Hill stores....they seem to always have good coffee! The stores are clean and well stocked and have lots of options for everyone. The employees are always friendly and helpful too. I wish there was one closer to where I live!

In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I always see managers working hard to ensure the store is stocked and everything's in order, regardless of how busy they are. Coffee is reliable every morning. Well run store.
