Mike was polite and helpful. I had a set of tires delivered to Mavis and they mounted and balanced the tires for me without issue and in a timely manner. I would recommend them for this service. I do not know the quality or assuredness of more involved mechanical jobs.

I never leave negative reviews but after showing up for my second appointment and being told they were too busy for me the second time. You get 1 star. Hire help or schedule your appointments more accurately. Fleet account will be moving elsewhere.

I've brought my car here several times for tires and they've always done a good job. They fixed my problems a good way without looking to solve them the most expensive way. A good bargain and good quality.

Really fantastic service! The guys took us in almost immediately to repair a nail that punctured our tire. Had us fixed up in an hour and back to normal! Highly recommended!

Kindest service. Highly recommend. Marty searched for tires that would work with my car and Ron was more than willing to drive to another location to pick them up so that I could have my vehicle fixed today. After being devastated over the situation, both Ron and Marty helped make things better.

I was extremely disappointed with this garage. My appointment time was 11am, I told the gentleman at the desk that I would walk over to Giant to grocery shop while they rotated my tires. I asked about how long it would take. He told me an hour because of the type of car I had, no problem, I would kill time. I went grocery shopping for an hour and a half and then walked back over with to Mavis with my groceries in hand. I called on my way over and the same man I spoke to before told me they were just now bringing my car into the garage to begin my service, I was annoyed of course. When I get to the garage I notice my car wasn’t in the garage like he just told me it was, it was in the same spot I parked it in when I brought there. I waited another 25 minutes for them to bring my car into the garage to start my service which ended up taking a total of 10 minutes. When it was all done he didn’t apologize for lying me to or anything he just rung up my bill and that was it. The place is a dump, the waiting area is disgusting, it’s dirty. I waited outside. I will never use them again.

The guy at the front desk took time to personally see to it that my tire got patched after it was punctured by a codder pin. Only took them around half an hour on a Sunday the day before Labor Day to patch the tire free of charge. If they were to charge me for the patch it would have only been $24.99 which is honestly a good price even if I had to pay. Thank you guys you were truly a lifesaver! If anyone needs new tires or a similar situation arises this is definitely the place to go.

I brought my car to Mavis to have tires installed and to have an alignment completed. The technician left my car in gear and it fell off the front of the lift causing damage to the rocker panels and underbody. I was told that I could take the car to the dealer and that Mavis would cover the repairs. I was also told that I would receive a call from the Regional Manager. It has been a week and I have not received a call and the repairs have not been approved. I heard back from Tony on 6/25/2020 and he said he would send someone to the dealer to do a second estimate. I left him a message yesterday to check the status and have not heard back from him. I also called the number for corporate customer service and was told that they spoke to Tony and promised he would call me back yesterday. He still hasn't called me back and I have been without my car for 13 days. I need the approval to start the repairs so that I can get my car back.
