Fuel pump went out, they fixed it, at a very reasonable price, but brought my truck back to me since I was at work, my husband had our 3 children and all the car seats were still in the truck. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend. Great service!!!!

They did inspection for 2 of my vehicles. I highly recommend them. They were very fair and professional. They gave a list of recommendations that I do in the future. They even squeezed in one of my vehicles in and did first thing the next morning. I couldn’t be more impressed. Keep up the great work! I would give 6 stars if I could.

Called to see if they would look at a flat tire for repair. Was able to go right over and they fit me right in. Tire was shot but provided quotes for several tire options. Prices were outstanding. Can't beat the nice people and exemplary service. And this type of thing keeps happening! Street light construction underway at this time making it a little interesting to get to the lot but well worth the effort to get there.

If you have never been to this place you need to read this: 1. 5 WEEKS TO REPLACE A BELT 2. LIED ABOUT WORK THAT WAS DONE 3. DIDN'T FILL ANTIFREEZE OR OIL 4. WOULDN'T RETURN CALLS 5. CHARGED LABOR COSTS OVER $300.00 PER HOUR Had a broken belt on my truck and had to have it towed to Southern Auto Tech. what a mistake. Two personal references go there said it was a good place. THEY WERE WRONG. It took them five weeks to repair my truck. And all they did was replaced a belt. Some mechanic, they didn't even fill the antifreeze back up that have been pushed out because of the broken belt causing overheating. The entire time they did not call me back after I made numerous attempts and I had to deal with them face to face. They charged me $600 for a $40 belt. A 1 to 2 hour job according to shop manuals. Fraud if I ever saw it. The Manny Canik told me he got the engine to clean it . But there was a sticky substance on it which he didn't know what it was . What a mechanic . It was the antifreeze pushed out from the radiator . And there were no signs that they clean the engine . Buyer beware I know I will never use this place again.

They Worked on my A4 that was misfiring fixed at a very low cost. They were very friendly and very professional. They work late on my car after hours and then even dropped it off at my house ...now that is service which you do not see very much any more.

Would definitely recommend Southern auto Tech to anyone having trouble with their automobile. Bill really took care of me and I was impressed with the price at the end of the job. He did a transmission job on my Hyundai and it is still running great

I came in today with an issue. I have really old car by the way. They corrected the issue and then the car presented another issue. It was a transmission not staying in gear. These guys used their knowledge to troubleshoot the secondary issue without me asking. I was upset about how long the repair was taking and they listened to me. They calmed me down. They offered solutions. They didn't charge me for all the hassle and ruckus I brought. I am truly humbled. These are good people. You can't get this level of care from most places. Highly recommended is an understatement. I would take any car issue to them period. Honest technicians, fair prices, and the best customer service you will ever get.
