My car battery went out. I called all over the city and not one place would sell me a battery and install it right then in the trunk where it resides. No one that is except Advance Auto in Collierville, TN. Samantha is the best of help and provides service extraordinaire. Bruce knows his stuff and he installed this crazy large battery as good or better than anyone could. If you have any car issues, give them a call or better yet, just head on over. You won't be sorry, you'll be glad you did. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!!

Customer service was pitiful on this particular morning at 8:10 Tuesday june 7. I stood there for 10 minutes without even being asked to hold on. The two employees were both on the phone with Customers and when I carefully mentioned it, the male employee seemed a little bit annoyed. I politely returned the items to the shelf and proceeded to the closest AutoZone.

Long wait and no price matching - despite clearly saying they price match online and in store, was told that they only price match a few local stores and do not match amazon, Wal-Mart or any large retailers. Price in store was double of other retailers. This was after I waited more than 15 minutes due to a computer issue. No communication of what the issue was or how long I would have to wait.

I needed parts for an older pickup truck ('97 Cheyenne) . The staff was not only friendly, but very helpful. They knew exactly what parts I needed, and weather or not they had them in stock (They mostly did!). Additionally, they were able to offer some advice on what needed to be done, how and why. I will definitely be back.
