We are staying at Little Buffalo state park. I noticed a screw in my front tire. Stopped by and they put my truck on lift right away and plugged tire. Very fast and friendly staff. I told the state park office to definitely recommend them if a guest here needs help.

We got a screw in a brand new tire and my husband stopped by Kauffman's to see if he could have it plugged. They helped him right away and it only cost $19! Thank you Kauffman's!

I legitimately drive over an hr to use this garage exclusively because they always do great work and save me hundreds of dollars. For example, they completed my inspection today and saved me a few hundred after another garage lied to me, telling me it needed work it didnt to pass inspection. I even told them prior what it needed and they told me no, that garage was trying to make a buck. And they're nice people. 100% recommend

Stopped to have oil and transmission fluids checked. They were very rude. Said didn’t have two minutes to check fluid levels. This is not good customer service. Will blow up my engine before I’d stop there again. Very unprofessional

Wow. I didn’t even take my car there yet and I gotta give them a thumbs up! I called regarding an alignment on my Jetta. I’m having new tires put on today. Kaufman’s advised me to wait as the new tires might take care of the pulling to the side issue. Seems to be an honest company to deal with!!

I've been going to Kauffman's for years. They've worked on all of my vehicles and done everything from inspections, testing, wheel alignments, replaced tires, electronics, etc. There's never been a problem. Max, Chris and Curt have always been upfront about work, pricing and given opinions. They let you know if they can do the job or if it needs to go to a specialist or a dealer. They won't B.S. you about the work, your vehicle or what the situation may be.
