Super experience at the Irwin Walmart. We had a unique situation wherein we had to pay for a large order with 3 different methods of payment. We also had to purchase a visa gift card. We were able to do all this at the self checkout because of a special employee. Micci helped us through the entire process, was so helpful and cheerful. She made our shopping experience a wonderful time!

I wanted to if a product was available for purchase and no one would answer the phone. I have called over five times. It’s sad to see a business be this way toward its guests.

I stood at the family planning box that is locked up for 15 minutes, after finding an employee who told me he did not have keys to it, so he walked to the pharmacy and had them page someone to come open it. Stood there for an additional 15 minutes. No one ever came. It shouldn’t be locked up if no one is around or has keys to it!!!

Lisa the decorator at this walmart is awesome, she is the only one that called to recheck my order and make sure she had the colors for the 5 dozen cupcakes i wanted...And they were delicious and so soft and moist. And she decorated them beautifully. Everybody loved the cupcakes and all wanted to know where i got them. Thank you so much lisa. Walmart you need to give her a raise..

Week of 10 October 2022 Edit12. I had difficulty finding an air duct filter yesterday and to my surprise, an associate who was on break approached me asking if I needed help, and I did. Her name is Kris from the OGP department. She was able to locate the air filter for me as it was in an incorrect spot. Often I see her throughout the day picking for the customers and she is eager to help out me with her knowledge of item/aisle locations. Kris is a great asset to the North Huntingdon Walmart. Edit13. Crystal from cash registers makes the checkout a smooth process, while Denise who works in the front end helped me by folding a large sweater properly and neatly. And then Darlene from AP who you will see upon your entry and departure directed me to the proper location that was unknown in my online shopping list for a customer earlier this week. Edit14. I was in and out of the store several times today on Sunday October the 16th, and several different associates offered their help. Mary from OGP knew instantly where an odd aisle name (GR) was located when searching for bagels. Jennifer from registers showed me where to find a particular Z section aisle containing an impulse buy for the customer. She walked me to the correct lane and I was able to find the candy. Dachuan from OGP knew the location of M aisle as I was prompted by my app to search this 'action alley' section for a bag of seasonal baking chocolates, he kindly walked me to the correct area, and then on a second occasion he helped me search for mini bagels. Liz from OGP made a customers day by finding a box of Scooby Doo treats after I failed searching. She uncovered some boxes tucked away in a corner on the very bottom shelf, and solved like a Scooby Doo mystery, there they were! Izzy from OGP helped me find a type of salad that said 'no location' on my shopping app. She walked me from the back of the store all the way to the front in produce and found the exact location of the salad! Unfortunately there was only 1 left and the bottom leaves had a pink tinge to them. Thankfully Lacie from OGP spotted this out, and we found a better selection that was fresh and in stock. She has always been nice to me any time I see her. Week of October 23rd Edit15. Cart associates Damien and Cody were both instrumental in the retrieval of shopping carts when few were available. They made sure myself and the other shoppers arriving at Walmart were all taken care of. Litos from OGP (originally from Cart Associates) helped me earlier this Friday afternoon by locating a particular type of sliced packaged turkey for me. It's his first week in a new department and he is already on top of his game! And then upon checkout, Joyce from the Cashier/Front End department noticed that I had a full cart of groceries, so she instinctively proceeded to grab an empty nearby cart, thus saving me time bagging and ultimately arriving at the customer's house faster. Halloween weekend I had 4 different associates help me with my shopping needs. Kody who is Grocery Lead, stopped what he was doing to help me search for an odd weighted bag of Halloween candy. He then gave a second recommendation of a different seasonal aisle location for future reference. Thomas from OGP took the time to explain where a substituted bagel would be. It was located at an end row of action alley. And ironically Thomas bagel was selected for the customer. Jodie from OGP was kind enough to help me with trying to find multiple types of chilled coffee creamer. Her experience with picking gave me a better recommendation as it was a Sunday evening and the prime selections were long gone from the shelves. And Lisa who I see around the Bakery department has always said hello or asked how am I doing. Earlier today I needed a seasonal cookie and it was out, so she guided me to a new location. Unfortunately they were still out, but I was able to substitute a different kind that I hope the customer was ok with. Week of October 30th

Tiffany and Elijah, who both work at the auto care center, were very helpful and polite! Great customer service! They put two of our tires on rims for us last minute when everyone else turned us away especially on a late Saturday. I’d definitely recommend this auto care center to anyone! They actually care and want to help!

Do NOT purchase fruit of any kind here. For MONTHS I have reported rotten fruit and they have done nothing about it. I stopped getting fruit here because every time I do grocery orders, the fruit I received was not only bad but MOLDY. Recently my husband purchased the caramel apples they have because he seen them and decided to try. It’s been a few months since buying their fruit now, but all SIX apples he bought, were complete MUSH inside. The outside looks completely fine, they even feel okay.. but when you bit into it, it’s like mashed potatoes inside that’s how rotten it is. My sister happened to be the unfortunate victim to biting into it and discovering it which led us to cutting them all open and discovering they’re all the same. This store is DISGUSTING and it’s careless employees don’t take care of their food the way it should be.

Big African American fella named Marcus , who usually works the lawn/garden center helped me and my mother from Belgium find what we needed. This guy literally went out of his way to help us find a very specific product , walking all over the store and even trying to find variants online. The entire time he was greeting customers and being extemely professional and helpful. Hoping management sees this comment and puts him in a positive spotlight one way or another. Marcus, thank you brother. Keep setting the example!

We got a flat tire and the people with the scruffy red beard and tall man in the auto repair center put on our spare for no charge. They even rejected the tip. They were such nice gentlemen and deserve a raise!! The Walmart on top of the hill is such a great place.

Too many workers doing nothing,i.e. playing on their phone or looking eru important while doing g nothing. The saddest part was during checkout our cashier old like me was the slowest turtle you could imagine ,I was under the assumption that this man had some sort of Initiative,but again I was wrong . So all in all Walmart gave me exactly what I expected....nothing.
