Today was my first time going to Countryside. I recently adopted 2 Bengal kittens a male and a female. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my Bengal kittens with care and respect. I truly and sincerely appreciate the kindness and care that me and my 2 Bengal kittens received today. I appreciate the doctor and her staff who helped me, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. I thank you once again. Sincerely

Way too expensive. I paid $ 150.00 dollars for pills to keep my dog from scratching himself. At the same visit with regular shots including lyme disease, distemper, and parvo virus, one visit cost me over $ 400.00. I did not receive any estimates prior to treatment.

Bad experience here and over priced Vet Kim Riddlebaugh could not diagnose my cat long ago, after spending thousands of dollars on testing here. I had to take my cat to Ohio to get her diagnosed. When the breakup occurred from Lisa Findlay & Dr Steve Findlay, this place was never the same thereafter! Dr Lisa Findlay at Countryside Vet Hospital is way over priced too! Dr Steve Findlay was fantastic at St Francis Animal Hospital before he retired and sold St Francis to Vet Cor- a corporate buy out of smaller Vet practices. Another good vet there was Dr Bryan Krazel who has recently left Vet Cors bougjtcout St Francis Animal Hospital. Go to Norwin Veterinary Hosp w Dr Bendix, he's the best in the business, caring, compassionate and reasonably priced. He loved loves your pets and is very experienced too!

All of the staff were friendly and cordial. Dr. Lisa was very thorough and kind with my cats. She also explained all treatments very well. We finally found a permanent family doctor for our cats. Thank you all for being a wonderful staff.

We recently had to switch vets after buying our home and being too far away from our original vet who we’d been going to for close to 20 years. So to say we had high expectations is an understatement! My husband had taken our 5 year old dog last year to update his shots and we recently scheduled an appointment for our new puppy we adopted. They were able to get me in quickly and even were flexible when I wrote my appointment time down incorrectly! Dr Lisa was great and made sure all my questions were answered and helped with the parasite problem our new puppy was dealing with! All of the staff I interacted with was so friendly and helpful was more than happy to love on our sweet puppy! I am so thankful we found Countryside!

This is my dogs second time here. While the doctor is nice and knowledgeable, the vet tech who did my dogs nails was horrible. I could hear her being extremely aggressive and yelling at him in the back room to the point I almost went back there to get him. Then, as she takes him out the door she violently is pulling at his leash to get him into the room with the most evil look on her face. If this is how you act towards animals, you’re in the wrong business. I don’t feel I can trust my dog in the care of this place regardless of how good the doctors are. I will not be returning.

Our beautiful blue steel great dane came to Countryside Vets to be spayed. Picked her up afterwards and brought her home. Gracie Lynn wanted nothing to do with water or food all night. I should of known then something was wrong.by 6am she was gone .The response fron Lisa was cold and unsympathetic and pretty much laughed and told me it wasn't her fault. Our beautiful girl is gone at the hands of Dr.lisa

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lisa and her staff!! One of my kittens miscalculated a jump which resulted in an unfortunate fracture in his paw. They were able to take him almost immediately after his accident, and got him patched up right away. Dr. Lisa was EXTREMELY compassionate and explained everything about his injury, as well as what to expect during his recovery. We had regular follow ups, as well as a few unexpected urgent visits, and every single time I left feeling better about his injury, and I was confident he was in good hands. The staff are VERY friendly, and their care for animals was immediately apparent. I observed this not just with my kittens, but with all animals that I've seen come and go while waiting. They treat all of them as if they were their own. I was truly amazed at my kitten's recovery, and I can't thank Dr. Lisa enough for the work she did with him. So knowledgeable, so kind, goes well above and beyond to help our pets! Thank you all so much! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They took my cat in when he was very ill for a emergency appointment, a bit pricey but I have nothing to compare it too. Very nice and vet called and talked to me explaining everything which I liked. I just dropped him off and picked him later,was very easy. I'm so thankful they helped my cat, Tom😺

We absolutely love Dr. Lisa and Staff! We have been clients of Dr. Lisa for 22 years. The care we receive from Dr. Lisa is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and she always takes her time with us. Highly recommend!
