Horrible, ordered large fry wasn't even half full and my half pound beef and cheddar had a little spoonful of cheese on it and wasn't close to the half pound sandwiches. Never go here again

I usually come to Arby's when I want a nice big juicy real chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed in the skimpy small patty, that wasn't even as big as the bun. The service was about par for people who don't care. They were cleaning the fry bin so the girl who I think was a shift manager dumped a ton of salt on the fries in the basket. I needed to wipe the salt off on a nakin. The whole restaurant smelled like sulfur too but then again I have had covid and my nose maybe off. All and all this was not a good experience at all!!

Michelle was super friendly at counter & efficient. Food was hot & good. We hadn't been to an Arbys for awhile and were pleasantly surprised. Bathroom clean too.

A favorite food stop on our way up Rte 8. Food has always been great, consistently prepared by friendly staff. Jamocha shakes, tater cakes, sauces, all gyros, 😋. Bring back the loaded Italian sub.👌

Wouldn't usually post but the employee taking our drive thru order was rude and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Also, she forgot to give us the sauces we ordered & 2 out of 4 fries were definetly not fresh and were inedible. I walked into the unlocked lobby at 8:07pm to get the sauces we had requested & when she saw me she yelled "Lock the doors!" Evidentally the lobby had closed at 8:00pm. Food order mix ups & cold fries can happen anywhere. However, a rude employee is what will keep us from returning.

Received sandwich with moldy bun called didnt even offer to bring it back to get new.

Got the steak and cheese french dip and the chicken salad. The steak was ok and the chicken salad was much to be desired. It had lettus on it which is unusual in my opinion. The French fries were good and the jalapeño poppers were good as usual! The sauce is delicious! The only thing I noticed missing was ketchup? Don't know why, didn't ask. Service was good and friendly, place was clean.

Everytime we go here they mess our order up, don't give us everything we ordered or the wrong items. The food is always good, they just need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Usually I just dismiss it but this time they missed a whole meal and still charged us for it. If I had been with the fam when they went to pick it up I would have checked to make sure everything was right, but I stayed home and they brought the meals home and realized a meal was missing. Extremely frustrating when you are counting on that to feed your family after a long week of working.

was traveling on the road and honestly don't usually eat at Arby's but we stopped because it was that or burger King and I definitely don't eat that mess. But I was truly glad I stopped it was hot, fresh and cooked to order and some of the best fast food I've had in awhile.

Staff are more focused on drive-thru than dine-in customers. We stood in line at the counter to order and waited several minutes while the staff filled drive-thru orders, one after another, and didn't bother to help us until they overheard (because I said it loudly) me say that we were leaving if they didn't wait on us. The food was ok, nothing special. Other Arby's locations are far superior to this location.
