Had to replace my phone in a hurry because we were leaving the next morning. The gentleman that waiting on me was very knowledgeable & helpful. I wanted the same phone however it's no longer carried. He showed me a few others, transferred my important things and explained everything to me. Was very patient. Also informed me that my plan wasn't available anymore and got me the same perks for $10 less a month.
