Every time I go there to get lunch or dinner they managed to screw up my order one way or another it's getting pretty ridiculous that these kids don't know how to do their jobs called and complained and oh I'm sorry that's all I get so you know what it's ridiculous and somebody needs to do something about it

They forgot two of my sandwiches (paid for) and there was a hair in my food. I tried to call the manager, and the phone number on this website is a dead number. Do better.

I spent about 50 dollars of food from here and this is how my fries were filled; Large fries are just crumbs and on the bottom it was just crinkle cut fry crumbs as well to top it off it was not even half full! Then they gave me all the wrong drinks and I was allergic to the one they gave me instead.

As is the new normal for this place the service is very hit and miss. There are 2 plus size ladies that give amazing service n two teenage kids who give abysmal service. The food is usually good but can be hit or miss as well n even if it tastes good it still looks like a hot mess. The one thing they excel at is keeping it clean I've never seen it dirty even during lunch rush.

I work with the public myself. I completely understand the stress of working and being busy especially during these times. I didn't realize it was customary to make customers aware of what time the dining room closes 47 minutes before they even close. The whole ordering process was very unwelcoming and unfriendly.

I visited this Arby’s at around 5:00 pm today it was not a good experience. They did not have medium cups, they only had a small or large. So I had to order a large. Since the drive up window was the only way you could get you food, I had pulled away and when I lookedat my sandwich, the sandwich was not wrapped well the meat was black and sticking out of the wrapper and the bun was hard on the bottom like it was setting on a warmer. I asked for Arby’s sauce and got some kind of three hot sauces. I tried to eat the sandwich is was the worst I have ever had.

I stop here like 3 or 4 times a week. When I pull up to order they can finish saying my order for me. Always nice, FAST, And get my order perfect 99% of the time. Always fresh and delicious. Greeted with a smile EVERY time!

Fooling around at the drive thru not even greeting!or having common courtesy. Especially a redhead employee she was especially rude. Worse experience in Grove City with food. Very disappointed. You call this a wrap?
