Terrible service they don't care if u get ur package on time. I missed the ups guy by seconds seen them pulling away but I have to wait until mon for package now. I will never use come here again and I do not recommend UPS. I would give 0 stars but it's not an option. that package not getting delivered ruin more than just my day ill leave it at that.

Not surprised there are bad reviews on here. Shipped a package there for $64 yesterday and was not in system today and then told it tells you that online. If I wanted to go online I would have just printed the label and took it to Nee Stanton. Then also got hung up on by the store manager cause she said I was screaming because I’m a loud individual when I’m talking through my car. Then when I did scream she stayed in a little longer before I hung up. Best thing is she told me I had to wait until 6 today to see shipping details and all it says now is label created. This is ridiculous

Absolutely terrible. Due to Covid I had to mail my personal documents in the mail. I paid for a tracking number. This store LOST my personal documents for SIX weeks and could not find the package despite the tracking number. I was told to start the process of replacing the documents and provide them with receipts so I could be reimbursed. I took the proper steps to report my passport as lost and then my package was magically found and delivered. Now I have an invalid passport and the store and ups are refusing to reimburse me the $250 for the passport. How this fair? No clue.

Just went there to ship a package to my daughter and return some drapes to Amazon. The return was scheduled to go through Kohl’s but I wasn’t able to redirect it to UPS. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The system was hanging up and the two young ladies were very patient with a technically challenged senior citizen. I’m impressed with the service I received.

I was really surprised to see that some customers had left less than five stars...but then I started reading them and realized some of them were things that were beyond the staffs control, like the cost of shipping is not one of those things that the staff members can help, same with company policies, people expect everyone to break the rules for them, these people also would like to keep their jobs :). I think it's great that they're open until 7:30 at night, and I clearly found that information on the web page and Facebook page. Overall 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you!!

Was lied to and denied a refund 😠 Paid $79.00 for an overnight delivery with it coming back to my address and it took 4 days instead of the second day of the day I paid that mount for overnight service. When I was told it would be there at 12:00 of the 2 nd day😠 I reported to BBB and they said they tried their best but was unable to settle this!
