Horrible management. They would rather argue with you over the phone then sell you a pizza. I’ve ordered for years and have know the direct suppliers to them for many years and today I was attempting to place an order through Grubhub when the manager got abrupt over the phone when I was requesting toppings when ordering through Grubhub the manager refused to let me place an order wether he had control or not… i asked well if you aren’t affiliated then why is it a problem if I buy through them they are still paying you. Again no response given. I asked if they had delivery and he refused to answer and continued to call Grubhub a scam. Acknowledging Uber eats DoorDash all of them making money off the top just like Grubhub, began to say how hard headed he was and that The intentions were to clarify my order. Won’t be returning to customer.

One of the better pizzas in the area! Dough was good, bready, chewy, not too dense, fluffy or thin. Sauce was good, not too sweet or spicy, but not boring! The cheese was good, flavorful, stretchy and chewy, but not slimy or mushy. Toppings were plentiful, look at the pic. Mushrooms looked, felt and tasted real not canned. I will buy here again!

We ordered dinner from Gianni's last night. We will be ordering again, the food was good, prices fair, delivery driver was polite, courteous, and on time, and the young man that answered the phone was attentive and professional. This is our new go to pizza place!

Love this place!! So good!! Ordered 2 pizzas (a pepperoni & a Buffalo chicken), Honey Mustard wings and fried mushrooms. The pizza crust is light and very tasty. First time ordering Buffalo chicken pizza, will be ordering again. Just enough zip with hot sauce. They have the best fried mushrooms with a light batter. The wings were big & very good. I’ve been here several times. I’ve never gotten a bad meal here. I now have my mom hooked on Gianni’s in Hankey Farms. 😁

Went in to pick up an order at the designated pickup time. I was told "just a few more minutes" before being ignored for the next half an hour until it was done with zero updates on what was happening even though I was standing right there the whole time. The guy cooking the pizzas was loudly complaining about having to cook fried food all the time, with apparently no concern about customers in the lobby that could hear everything....and had ordered fried food. Awkward. Makes you feel like giving them business is an inconvenience for them. Another guy at the register was ringing out customers, taking phone orders and taking payments, then went back and handled food with his bare hands without even washing them or putting gloves on. If they did all this right in front of me without any concern, I'd hate to see what really goes on behind the scenes. No pride, professionalism, or courtesy for customers at all. Wouldn't even eat there for free! Beware!!!

I ordered an XL white pizza and told them that I wanted the bottom of pizza not to be too dark (as lightly cooked as possible). Well the pizza was very dark on the bottom. I could have lived with that but the top was also overcooked…very dry and cheese was hard. The pizza was like eating a piece of cardboard. Very disappointed.

Ordered a 1/2 Italian hoagie. Very disappointed. Asked for no onions. Ok. Tasted very strange. Like onions! Took it apart. No onions but dressing was like all vinegar. I also found 3 slices of meat. One cut in half! Prices went up! Quality down. So sad. I loved this place no more.😞

I have had Giannis quite a few times but this time takes the cake. This has never happened to me at any other pizza place before but I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Very dissappointed! I asked for garlic dipping sauce with my pizza and this is how it came.
