Would have given 0 stars but that's not an option. This was the first time I was able to get this location to deliver in the past 2 months. 3 times before that I placed my order only wait 45 min. To have it refunded. This location has completely lost all known ability to how a pizza is made. I think when the owner hires an employee, he throws them a shirt and says "just follow the pictures on the wall" and runs out the door, and after he pays them there first paycheck he makes them manager of the place. If you are a gluten for punishment you can order food from here but trust me on this. If you actually are able to even place an order which I doubt and it's not refunded which is even more likely. You will have the experience that I just had. Half cooked food and a whole night of sitting on the toilet wishing i had covid again. At least half way through the night with Covid I was able to go to bed. With this food it sprayed from my balloon knot well into the morning and left me raw and moody for the insueing day. The stomach cramps were the worst I ever had. This store has been in a downward spiral for the past few years and I think the bad reputation will never be able to be forgotten and the store is well beyond saving. For all that is holy please order from anyplace else. All you are doing is allowing the overprivileged teens that work there job security for doing the worst job in the history of domino's. I feel Domino's is a great brand and they have succeeded in tarnishing the good name. Bravo.

I have been ordering the Domino’s thin crust veggie pizza for over 5 years from their outlet in Wayne.PA with almost the same toppings I gave a feedback that the base was soggy and uncooked and the chili flakes and Ranch dip for the garlic bread twist was missing. Shortly after that I received a rude call from Dominos saying that it was because I added too many toppings that this had happened! This was a repeat order. To add insult to injury he had the gall to say that my complaint was in order to get a “free” pizza!!! SERIOUSLY???

I used to order from here frequently but they are severely short staffed and hardly ever have drivers for delivery. Now they even answer their phones saying "carry out only." Domino's needs a new place in Wayne, PA.

The pizza was sliced very unevenly. While waiting for my food in store, I felt very uncomfortable with the conversations that was being had by the male worker. He was having a conversation with his coworker, loud enough for me to hear, I could tell she felt uncomfortable, but did not want to call him out while I was in the building.

I started calling the store @9:30pm to place an order. Listened to the advertisement on the phone for 10mins before I pulled up in front of the store only to see an employee sitting on a stool playing on his phone. When he saw me pull in, he got up and turned off the store lights. As he went to lock the door my boyfriend grabbed his attention and guilted him into making a pizza. The sign on the door and the Domino's web site say the store is open til 1am....... The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because he did end up making my pizza, but it wasn't the full order I had originally wanted to place.

Great experience!! Thank you so much to the young man that made my pizza today. He accidentally couldn’t find the salami (can’t blame him for that, I lose things all the time 😂) but he offered to make me another one with salami after he found it later!!! He also threw in a dessert to be extra nice. I hope he gets a raise and is treated well by all customers. What a nice guy. I hope he sees this. I didn’t catch your name but thank you, you really made my day 😁😁😁

Don’t order from here. I placed an order today for carry out. After the order was placed, one of the guys that works there called my phone and said “Hi this is Domino’s. When you order carry out, leave a tip. I have to walk outside in the heat to your car so I expect to be given a tip” in a nasty tone to which I replied “are you kidding me right now? i was going to give you cash, but now I’m not giving you anything for being like this!” ((I’m a Hairstylist, I understand that gratuity is honestly the best given in cash, I literally never not tip because I know how it feels)) and he replied with “oh okay well you didn’t leave it on the card so I'm just gonna take my sweet time making your food”. This is so beyond unprofessional and I honestly have never had anyone be so disrespectful.

I wish this business location would shut down, it is a disgrace to customer service and the brand. The app doesn’t usually work, orders are delayed, deliveries are not made and on and on. Please avoid wasting your precious time and money on the worst experience you can ever imagine.

I’ve literally only received my order on time and correct one time. This place is terrible and this being my 6th time ordering from this restaurant, I’ve decided I will not order from this location anymore. I ordered a pizza, a salad, and the lava cakes. My order took two hours to get here then when I got it my food was cold and my salad is obviously old. What a waste of money.
