I changed from ATT to a cell phone carrier on August 15, but was just billed by ATT. After visiting an ATT store in Austin, TX, I found that a second phone number was attached to my account without my approval or knowledge, and that I have been billed for this unused data line since 2020. When I called ATT, I was told that the current debited amount of $54.94 could not be reversed. I am extremely frustrated and angry. This is no way to run a business!!!

Great and knowledgeable service! Was helped by Mo who set up new iPhones and My daughters apple watches. He helped navigating the cellular setup on the watches when we migrated them from my phone to their new phones. He calmly helped troubleshoot multiple issues and stayed after hours on a Labor Day weekend to help resolve them so we would be ready for the first day of school.

I went to this store on Sunday, June 4, 2022, to see if anyone could help me locate my iPhone, which I purchased there 2 years ago. I had lost the phone Saturday night at a large party. I knew there was a FIND feature on my iPad that could possibly track the phone, but could not get it to work. Shannon, who was working that day, looked up the required information and then got the FIND feature to locate the phone. . I went to the location, found it, and all is well. But I am writing this review and giving 5 stars for Shannon, who was professional, competent, patient, kind, and helpful. What a terrific employee. Thank you, Shannon.

Ari was amazing. Efficient, patient, knowledgeable and super courteous. Made the whole experience smooth and seamless as was transferring 3 lines to AT&T. Found some good discounts too which saved me $$ from what I was paying previously with T Mobile. Definitely recommend and will use again for sure!

The guys were so incredibly helpful. I spoke with a few different locations trying to find an iPad to buy my mom as a surprise. These guys went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and to find an option that worked with my existing plan. Customer care was top notch. Jansen (I’m not sure I got that/spelled that right) and Ari were great. I will definitely find my way back to this location the next time I’m in the market to upgrade or add a new device.

My buddy lost his cell phone in an Uber he came to the store in the morning on 3/27/22 to get a new one. The attendant was super cool and worked quickly with us to replace his phone since we had to make a game the next hour

Ari at the ATT store in Wayne is the ultimate customer service professional. Juggling multiple customers with complex issues with a smile and a desire to please. He swapped out 5 phones for my family while waiting on other customers. He's not human. He's a machine!!!!!!
