It's not a giant box store. They are a building supply store. I have used McCoy's for decades. The people are knowledgeable about what products they have and general know how.

Took more than 30 minutes to exchange a item. And there where only 2 customers in the store. The clerk and the manager had a terrible attitude. Last time to visit this store.

Always a pleasure to do business here. Helpful staff. You also get to have someone load your supplies in your truck and dont have to get a cart and put huge pieces on it and mule that stuff ti a register. Delivery too They may not have as many items as home depot but a all around better experience in my book....

Beware truck drivers this lot is tight and all the employees just watch you no help just watch management is a joke because they know it's tight and don't have the brain power to have lines painted so there looke Lou's employees know where to park I swear if that roofing boom truck gets any further out this place is a joke

This store has amazing customer service. Managment is awesome and the cashiers are always attending to customers promptly. The yard crew is always so helpful helping all customers get all the materials they need right away.
