Beautiful clean community ,quiet peaceful place to live if you can afford it. Went there to do a paint job for a homeowner.

I love this place! Mary has been wonderful. If ever there is a issue, you can gurantee that Mary will be there to help in any way possible. The maintenance staff is friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We walk the walking trail along the river daily! Great community to call home!

UPDATE - Mary did give me an option, a few days later for the venue, giving us the same date but later in the day. As a homeowner in the community we have the capability of "renting" the clubhouse. I guess this is supposed to be a perk... yeah right. I walked into the office the beginning of November 2021 and asked to book the clubhouse at the end of April 2022. I was told by Mary that was too far out and I needed to come back/call the beginning of January to schedule. I reach out Jan 5th. She asked a few question and on the 7th told me she would "send me the contract". She emailed the 10th and I was told that date is booked... really?? I asked when it was booked. She says Dec 13th?!?! I ask how this is possible when I was told I couldn't book until January. Her response, I got my 2022 calendar early and booked it. No apology no options just pretty much too bad.

Worst of the worst, you'll never get anyone on the phone should you have an issue. I was berated about months after leasing saying I didn't pay some deposit and had to take time to show proof i did. Then weeks later I was told I didn't pay rent, had a note out on my door! However I did pay so again had to go to the trouble to provide proof. Its very non laxurious for the price you pay and the manager mary is a portly evil spirited atrocious sight inside and out. This woman you will know is no good from the 1st rude interaction i assure you!

Buyer beware. Extremely poor workmanship, low quality materials, paper thin walls between houses, design and construction flaws that don’t accommodate necessities in the home without additional construction, numerous delays to finalize details and deliver what was supposed to be in the home by closing. The garages and streets don’t accommodate much more than an a medium sized vehicle. You may also want to consider the businesses that violate noise ordinances on a regular schedule.

While visiting a friend and his family I was very impressed with the look of both the property and landscape. After visiting awhile and after a few drinks this family pointed out the many flaws in the construction of the home as well as the foundation. They said if they were to do it all over again, they would never have moved here. It's a shame when profits outshine safety.

Place is a joke. Owners and management are even worse. Poor build quality (I was displaced over two weeks out of my unit due to water/mold issues). They only offered to put me in another unit on the same floor with ZERO guarantee of safety (they refused to pay for 3rd party mold remediation/air quality tests even AFTER I gave them a letter recommending they do so from my physician at UPMC). I racked up over $2,500.00 in hotel bills all the while paying my $2,300.00/month rent (not counting hundreds more for a garage unit and mandatory Comcast charges you incur living at Celebration). Once I realized we'd never feel safe or at peace with living there, we gave notice we were moving. I then received a poorly-written letter from Brooks & Blair counsel threatening to sue me if I mentioned any of this. The entire company/property is a joke and nowhere near the quality of the Edgewater development it sits beside. Even most of the positive reviews on Google are completely phony (Jennifer Barni for example was the leasing manager who no longer works there) therefore the review itself is a conflict of interest and fake. The only redeeming quality of this property was the amazing neighbors I met during my stay there who not only would attest to my character as a person, but also dealt with the same issues as me and were also displaced from the units in which they leased due to said issues. One of the buildings owners John Thompson threatened to sue me for even writing this review but unfortunately for him, his threat like his building is a joke. Me writing an honest review about my experience that I could easily prove with countless photos/receipts is not libel. If anything, I did him a favor leaving the issue alone, and I've signed nothing forfeiting my rights to share my experience of living at his property. Beyond that...There's nothing really luxurious about the building. We struggled for 5-6 months to even get mail/packages delivered to the building due to carriers not having consistent means of access. Another flaw with the property is it's lack of security. For safety reasons of the current/future tenants I can't even go in detail, but to give you an idea of what I mean...I have not lived in the building for months now and I could still go to the property and let myself in. I still to this day receive callbox phone calls for the tenant who moved into the unit I occupied. Every time I call Celebration to have my information removed nobody even answers the phone (I just tried them again at 2:19pm on a Monday). At first I didn't even want to move, I wanted management to meet me half way and make everything right/pay my hotel bills OR give me a free month of rent and now I don't even care about the money. Avoid living here and save yourself the time, money and heartache. These are not good people to deal with.

These people will say anything to get you to sign the papers and do not keep their word. They also do not adhere to ADA guidelines regarding handicap parking. They are terrible at communicating, responding to requests, snow removal and management in general. Brooks and Blair do not deserve to be in Oakmont! Would not even give them 1 star!

I know someone who lives here and they've had several issues that they were assured would be fixed when signing the lease and moving in, but A year later and not fixed. Several other tenants have had the same experience. You can hear conversations from other floors. No maintains cc person on the building. NO SNOW REMOVAL although it's in the lease. When you move to an apartment that's one of the things to look forward to, not having to shovel anymore. For the price they charge at this place you should be treated like royalty and have a perfect place to live.
