The worst, today I had a very bad experience there with , I guess Manger , well he was rude and didn't know wht he was saying... the counter girl, rung my stuff up, but she did cash and I paid for items with debit card... that why ill pass by that family dollars, and I only live down street... its horrible that family dollar...

I have visited about 7 different location of Family Dollar in the city of Philadelphia. Only one at 17th & Washington Avenue have I had a normal, pleasant shopping experience. This one was just as Horrible as the others. Bad customer service, Not clean, Not organized, and as I came in the cashier was running outside the store to catch a shop lifter.

Dirty, water all on the floor that was not mopped up. All types of items on the floor where ever you walk. Just disgusting. I only needed a for sale sign that I thought they had. It seem like they all treat there stores the same way.

Very disappointed! No professionalism no greetings angry faces.. employees definitely need to be retrained! I spend too much of my hard earned money to be getting that type of service . I also had a death in my family and they're coming here and received this type of treatment and feeling it's totally unacceptable!

The store was supposed to open at 9 but it opened up almost 10. It was dirty hardly anything in it and it had an odor. There was only 1 person working there. WHY? Your management need to do better Oh and there was barely to no shopping carts. Just because we live in a black neighborhood does not mean to be treated like that !

Has pretty reasonable pricing, however, some of the staff members are rude...They were putting stock out around 10am, blocking off mutiple aisles. I couldn't even push my cart that had my 10 month old child in it, all the way through them...The girl putting merchandise away in one aisle, had an attitude and refused to step to the side as I said excuse me and grabbed what I needed... I guess I messed up her flow smh
