The store was a little unkempt. I got some of what I came for, but had to pick through things to get it. Will return in the next few months to see if it's always like this.

I went Ross last Monday to exchange Father's day gifts,2 watches I couldn't fit hoping 2 exchange for Slippers,I give the young lady 2 watches in their boxes she told me because I took the Ross stickers off she couldn't do anything for me so she called her Supervisor which I believe name was JC,so she came over and the young lady was showing JC the watches they dropped them.JC tells me I have 2 return them to the same store they were purchased from even tho I still had the receipts, So the young lady hands me back the watches but the One box is ripped and now it won't close! I said Miss when I gave you both boxes they weren't like that and I said I seen you drop it the lady JC says to me oh no just the watches fell! ??? I just took back the watches and even the Security guard and the other young lady working there seen everything. I Emailed Corporate 2day hopefully to see what can be done.

Very rude skinny older lady wouldn’t let me use the rest room/Bathroom. Workers need customer service training!

Store was in need of straightening out. Shoe department had paper from shoes scatteted everywhere on the floor. In general, the store shelves were sparse with products, looking like they might have had a busy sales day. I hope that was the only issue and not lack of care. There were staff members who were straightening out certain areas, but the shoe department needed lots of attention. Will check it out on our next trip.

Went there with my mother one day las week and we wanted to use the dressing room and the manager this skinny dark skinned lady tells us the fitting room girl left after her lunch mind you its only 12:30 pm so basically she didnt want to cover the fitting room even though all she was doing was pretending to put clothes back while talk in NY on her cell phone

I like Ross, but there selection of petite size dresses leave very little to be desired

The place definitely would have most everything you might need for the home - and that's fantastic! Also the pricing is fabulous but the clothing - ugh! Everything is SO jam packed i literally spend more time picking stuff up off the floor than being able to actually shop and sizes are NEVER together!! So now I just go for the great household stuff

Yesterday I went to Ross at 77th and City Ave on a whim, just looking for a King Comforter set. No luck....they only had 3 or 4. So, I picked up a king size fuzzy throw and a bunch of items to complete the new theme. Thirty five minutes later, 10 items fuller and $185 lighter.....here are most of them. Btw...the store wasn't wrecked like I've seen on occasion.🙂
