I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Merchandise in locked cages. Looks and feels terrible. Shop elsewhere.

I’m done going to this target. Everything you could possibly need other than food is locked up in cases! From hand soap to pads and tampons, lashes and nail polish, medicine, and even laundry detergent. You have to wait forever to get someone to unlock something row by row. Who wants to do that? What type of shopping experience is that? When I asked a worker why, she said too much theft was causing them not to get a raise. I find that to be pathetic considering they have secret shoppers who choose to follow the wrong people around the store. One time I was followed by a secret shopper for like 20 minutes in every beauty aisle despite being a paying customer. Maybe if y’all spent less time stalking paying customers, you wouldn’t have so much theft in the first place 🤷🏻♀️

I left a bag there two days ago with about $40-50 worth of animal stuff. The customer service rep (I wish I remembered her name) helped me find my receipt on my red card app and replaced what I left. I couldn’t be more grateful, especially in tough times like this. Thank you to the wonderful, nameless woman in customer service. PS. My girlfriend is also not mad at me anymore lol.

Less theft in exchange for less sales. Incompetent management made the shopping experience here intolerable because they had no better ideas than locking things in cases and forcing one employee to unlock everything. After 15 years I'm done, I guess I'll drive elsewhere.

First let me just say “ I love shopping at target “. But after today it will probably be my last. I went to this location Castor Ave, and I needed my usual house cleaning items. Almost everything in the essential aisle’s were locked up behind a glass. There was a few ppl waiting on an employee to show up with a key to assist the customers. Even the laundry detergent has a lock. I must of spend 15 mins waiting on a key for hand soap, then razor, then deodorant, and detergent smh.( Note: I said “Then” bc there was different keys for each lock they had to open..

The “undercover” security guards make shopping uncomfortable for those who trying to shop. Especially with kids! Too busy worrying about people who got kids that are taking their time shopping then checking other parts of the store see if someone really stealing.

I love Target’s stores but this is not my favorite location. Customer service could improve but like many retail establishments, it appears as if they are affected too.

Star is a Star🤩. I thought this target was going downhill but it’s refreshing to see that corporate noticed on time, even though the store had moderate traffic management took the time to provide quality service. I’ll definitely be saving gas by not having to drive to another neighborhood thank you so much.
