This Wells Fargo bank is an absolute dump of a business. If I could give zero stars this place would be exactly that for their customer treatment. My fiancé ordered foreign currency for on going vacation. Being that she is on her last day on quarantine from Covid we wanted to be safe and went through the drive through so they could give her the money. At first they said that they have no option for her sign off on the form that only exist on “ tablet”. What ever that means. Then they told us to contact customer support. And they could process the money order online and confirm over the phone. Which we did to what the customer support said that if we double mask we can get our money from the bank. Clearly no communication between two. So my fiancé did go inside double masked to get her money. As a vendetta the teller told my fiancé that she will call the police. So apparently Wells Fargo calls police on their customers and that they will not give my fiancé money. I get that Covid makes things complicated but this is not in any way how this bank supposed to treat their customers. In addition to that couple weeks ago my fiancé and I tried to open an account there. The office was empty and two bank employees were sitting together leisurely discussing personal things. You could clearly hear them talking and laughing over the whole bank. When we came in they made us sit down and wait for them to finish their chat just to let us know that we need to make an appointment to NEXT WEEK to open join account. I don’t know you tell me if that appropriate customer service that being taught at school?

Benjamin did a great job. He helped me in a quick manner. Explained everything that I needed to know about the accounts available for me. Helped me understand certain things that wells fargo provides. Branch did not seem busy at all. I made an appointment for this and I was helped as soon as I walked in. I did not meet the branch manager but it would have been nice to get introduced to her/him.

This is/was my Mom’s bank. She passed away mid Oct. I needed a notary on a document to add her name to my Father’s grave marker. Called the bank twice that day, visited once, left my name and number for someone to call me back. I got my bank to help me. The papers are in the mail and I am on my way to MX. Wanted this process started before I left. I have yet to hear from anyone at Wells Fargo.

The absolute worst. Their machine ate my debit card and they made me wait outside, were incredibly rude to me and never apologized for the inconvenience...They have sent replacement debit cards of mine to the wrong address! Thee most inconvenient bank I have ever been a part of. And their loan department is a complete JOKE. I will be switching my bank ASAP!

I work across the street from here before them I had TD I like the banking policy here better than TD who charges you extra fees for having under 100$ in the bank. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you .

Well kept, always have this one super nice officer on duty. Staff is friendly and professional, and their consultant was very helpful when we needed to set up a new account.
