5 Best bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This Wells Fargo bank is an absolute dump of a business. If I could give zero stars this place would be exactly that for their customer treatment. My fiancé ordered foreign currency for on going vacation. Being that she is on her last day on quarantine from Covid we wanted to be safe and went through the drive through so they could give her the money. At first they said that they have no option for her sign off on the form that only exist on “ tablet”. What ever that means. Then they told us to contact customer support. And they could process the money order online and confirm over the phone. Which we did to what the customer support said that if we double mask we can get our money from the bank. Clearly no communication between two. So my fiancé did go inside double masked to get her money. As a vendetta the teller told my fiancé that she will call the police. So apparently Wells Fargo calls police on their customers and that they will not give my fiancé money. I get that Covid makes things complicated but this is not in any way how this bank supposed to treat their customers. In addition to that couple weeks ago my fiancé and I tried to open an account there. The office was empty and two bank employees were sitting together leisurely discussing personal things. You could clearly hear them talking and laughing over the whole bank. When we came in they made us sit down and wait for them to finish their chat just to let us know that we need to make an appointment to NEXT WEEK to open join account. I don’t know you tell me if that appropriate customer service that being taught at school? ~Ivan

The manager is a real pig. I went in yesterday to withdrawal a real small amount of cash and she treated me different than she did when I was withdrawing larger amounts.. her attitude is so cold for an area like that. Get over yourself, you're working in a low income area anyways girl. If you want a better group of folks move downtown or to a nicer county. ~Marilou

Great but busy location! Manager Gary very on top of it! They handle all needs of the customers with care. All Wells Fargo locations now operate with less tellers and have EVEN MORE functions at their ATMS and app ~Paul

Only ever been here one maybe two times. The stuff here is very nice, helpful and friendly. Would definitely come here again. ~Nicole
