Great to find treasures. I noticed that Goodwill is staging their wares in categories now. Nicer to shop in.

Rude employees. Maybe you need to teach manners along with life skills. One wears ear phones and gives you a dirty look if you interrupt him while on his iPhone. Another pushed me out of the way when she was restocking clothes, others act like they are doing you a favor. I do like the merchandise and I’m a regular. But please help these people gain employable skills. Also they don’t always ring correct prices, multiple times I was charged more. And the poster after me is spot on. Almost 6.00 for rags? Many of your tops are from Walmart that sold for 1-3 dollars new! Holes, stains in things shouldn’t ever be 5.99!

I donated 3 huge bags of clothes, all good quality, some still had the tags on it. And you know what the guy said to me??? You did’t separate it. Not thank you. No good deed goes unpunished.

The workers were not friendly, upbeat, helpful or polite. They just shoved themselves in front of us, walked right in front of us and cut us off, like it was just frustrating and rude of them to act like that. They truly seemed miserable with their lives and it showed in their faces/actions.

Pretty good store. Typical Goodwill. However for a Goodwill being in a higher rent Pittsburgh Pa suburb of Ross township the condition and items in the store were about on par with the Goodwill's I have shopped in Kansas. The Monroeville Goodwill is slightly better if you are willing to drive there. However this one is not too bad. Found some really nice GAP track pants for my son here. I donated some stuff here because my mother had passed away. Both the man working the back room and the Cashier working the front were both very nice.

I always like shopping at the Goodwill. You never know what you're going to find. I got a nice pair of Sperry shoes and some home audio equipment. This location is usually pretty busy... Their prices are pretty good on most things. My problem is I go in needing nothing and always come out with something.

Actually found this Goodwill Location to have quality items! Only one cashier, but she was holding it down! Friendly Staff and a clean store!

Sad. Goodwills are expense. This one is also just kinda grimy. People who work here are great. (That’s the bump up from one star) If they are going to charge this much the workers should be paid a living wage. And the store should look more put together. High prices and a lack of moral compass really takes out the thrift store charm for me. If they make changes I will update this review.

For several years, I have donated my used goods to this location of Goodwill. Currently, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this Goodwill is not accepting any large items such as furniture, but they are accepting clothing and small household appliances. Employees no longer hand out paper receipts, but I was able to obtain an emailed receipt by using my cell phone to scan a barcode on a sign and then filling out a form on their website. If you enjoy shopping at Goodwill, perhaps you will see some of my donated treasures, such as designer jeans, purses, and shoes... :)
