Really cool place. I didn't buy anything to know how that goes, but they have a very wide and interesting selection of building materials and furniture.

Prices were very high for nearly everything. Many items can be found new at bog box stores for less. If you need an old toilet or sink this is the place.

Went for a door for my house on this recent trip. At between $50-100 for a door gouged, gnawed off, broken or missing pieces, water damaged, smells moldy or with cracking lead paint that needs stripped, I found something else on Facebook Marketplace for $75 that requires no work. Most of my trips here have had the same result. Nothing worth buying for the price and the amount of work it needs to keep it out of the landfill of items that would breakdown over time. Husband and I decided we won’t go there unless we’re looking for tile for a 4x4 floor. That’s the only thing worth while anymore just based on pricing. Appreciate the mission but it just isn’t worth it anymore.

If you are looking for fixtures or other items from older homes, this is the place to go. Found light fixtures for our son's house built in 1929.

Bought a Vanity desk and 2 wooden stools for $5.00 each, they have great bones. Construction Junction have great bargains depending on what you're searching for. All three of my items will be upgraded into marketable retail items.

It's a little funky place where you can go and find some of the most odd vintage furniture, cabinets, toilets, handles and fixtures. You can find some interesting finds here. It's a museum of pieces.

CJ provides an imperative service to the community in the area of repurposed goods. I won't say you'll never find junk here, but I've seen people turn that junk into something fantastic. Selection is always different. They have everything from bathroom and kitchen to doors and windows. A lot of your funds range from victorian to modern so you have a good selection. They also host events like the Big Pour. If you haven't been here it's a must see for any DYI person.

Eclectic selection and very reasonable prices. Parking availability varies with events and dates, but you should generally be able to find a space either in the lot or nearby. Food and beverage vendors are often on-site for events, check calendar for details as there's usually only room for one or two, so you may not have many options if you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions. Staff are extremely helpful, usually able to find, if available, exactly what you're looking for with little delay. That being said, the selection is huge, so the more specific you can be, the better. Finally, as-is appliances mean as-is. If you purchase a secondhand appliance, be sure you know how to fix it or someone who can, as there's a not insignificant possibility that the device is not fully functional.

Construction junction is a great place to find used building supplies, cabinets, light fixtures, tile, doors and so much more. If your updating your own home it is a great place to donate your old furnishings. They also have several dumpsters for recycling. They have a dumpsters for glass, paper, plastic and metal.
