Sent me the wrong part and they just keep telling me I ordered the wrong part and saying I’m wrong. Their packing slip doesn’t even match the part they sent me. They won’t give me a refund or tell me how I can return this wrong part. In the photos you can see the part I ordered is supposed to be 52mm long but in the second photo you can what they sent is only 44mm long. They just keep insisting “We sent the right part and you ordered the wrong part.” Oh well. Edit: they did finally provide a return slip after WEEKS of emails and calls asking how to return their mistake.

They had exactly what I needed and great prices. My order was shipped right away and arrived in just a few days. There was a small issue with USPS, but with one email it was taken care of by there customer service Dept. Will definitely order again!!

My order is lost in delivery and they do not take any responsibility. The shippers they are using are extremely rude and negligent. I am being given the run around for 2 weeks now from the shipper and the delivery company on an order that was supposed to be delivered curbside in 4 days from date of purchase. Time is of the essence in these industries and every day that passes is a day that money is lost. My recommendation is to speak with someone directly before purchasing anything from them. Their customer service is weak and it can be difficult to get in touch with anyone.

I couldn’t remember the name of the person working the sales department, but huge shoutout to you! I placed my order 5/14 (on a weekend) and received some of my order by 5/20. The website doesn’t state that due to low stock some items are shipping from factory which may increase time. You may or may not also be provided tracking numbers for your items, If you’re curious just give them a call. They will make sure you are taken care of.

The order process was simple and very fast delivery. Upon inspection the large spray unit has a broken tab which will not allow the sprayer to lock onto the hose unit. I have filed a service request and am awaiting a response. Pittsburgh Spray Equipment followed up on their promise to help with damaged item and all is good!

The crew at PSE is great!! I knew very little about Powder Coat Spray guns or how to maintain them, but these guys took care of me and even took the time to educate me on what parts wear out the fastest and what to look for. They also helped me set up a PM program with them so when my guns need service I can send them right out. I couldn't be happier and I'll continue to use them and their services. MANY THANKS!!!

2nd time ordering through Pittsburgh Spray. 1st time went well which was March of '21. Yesterday I finally received my most recent purchase, a Simpson commercial pressure washer. It took over 2 weeks to get here and arrived with a sopping wet bottom and manual and warranty card ruined. Tracking info was not provided like I was "assured" it would be as soon as it shipped. When I reached out the support was far from friendly or expedient, and did not reach out proactively after the shipment was delayed by manufacturer. Great price, lackluster customer service.
