Went to deposit a money order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She is also willing to cooperate with the customers for alternate methods.

They closed my account after one check bounced, I called multiple times to let them know I just forgot to add money to the account.

I went to do a relatively simple transaction at this branch, and was told it would be an hour before anyone cold see me. There were only a couple of customers in the branch, but whatever the staff was working on was more important than me. I closed my account, moving the funds to a credit union.

Horrible service. Long wait. Didn't have cash for check. Atm machines are out of service. No one picks up when you call.

The great experience I had on Saturday was overshadowed by the service today. I had an appointment at 10 am to set online banking and get an account letter. Not only we had to wait about half an hour to talk with somebody, we also could not do anything of what we had planned. Why ask a customer to come in person to do a transaction at a time when you are expecting the bank to not be ready ("account has not been fully process by the system and would take another business day"). Specially, in the middle of the morning when we all need to be at work... and a client would only accept to come in the light of pressing circumstances... It's not only the time at the bank, it's the commute to/from the bank. Specially frustrating to learn that we never needed to come in person, to begin with. All of the transactions can (and now will) be done over email... I appreciate a bank that has its story straight and doesn't make me waste my time in the middle of a cold December morning... Original review: First time in this branch. I went to open a joint account and had Brittany C. help us. She was very personable, accomodating, and diligent. Excellent first impression of the bank. Thanks again, Brittany.

PNC offered the best rates for a startup non-profit account and the branch manager walked me through the entire process, making sure I go everything set up right. I am really grateful for the help. Thank you.

Classic PNC Bank. Sometimes the ATM outside don't work. Otherwise the staff inside is very nice.

I need a power of attorney form notarized, and though, I am a customer, and so is the person I am giving the power of attorney to is a customer, they wouldn't notarize it. ONLY PNC bank documents pertaining to PNC business. Other banks that held my money did it for free for all their customers. I've heard of banks charging fees for this service, but never withholding it completly. Frustrating. Oh well, the people there were friendly. It's not their fault the upper management makes silly policies.
