BEWARE DOING BUSINESS HERE INITIATES COLD CALLS FOR MORE SERVICES, EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED! Everytime my husband goes here to deposit money this branch calls my phone wanting to sell me more services. If this does not stop I will be cancelling all of my account with Citizen's and moving to a credit union!!! ~Dan

Fast and professional experience with a hospitable atmosphere. I went to this location to set up a new account with PNC, my wait time was nice & quick, the staff were also very accommodating. My bank teller was Jeffrey Rask and he assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you ~Christopher

Gm call in this morning concerning fraud was very confused how citizens allow this to happen again with the same people wasn’t getting anything accomplished with customer service so I decided to speak to the branch never received the worst customer service from the manager very disappointed she could care less and gave me attitude I let her know I was recording the call for record because how rude unacceptable will be closing my account ~Marquis

Use this branch frequently for business. Abdullah is so fast, thorough and pleasant and today I had Summer wait on me and she also had great customer service. I was in and out in 30 minutes and there was two people ahead of me when I arrived. I highly recommend. Person at the door always is friendly and wishes you good day too. Love, love, love the new location! The new bank is bright, CLEAN and welcoming. I have been in a few times myself since the opening and the tellers have all been super nice. I took my 16 year old daughter in to open her first checking account and dealt with Banker, Nicholas. He was nothing short of fantastic. Very personable, easy going, polite and funny.
