Horrible bank. I made a large deposit and it’s is totally clear after 4 business days. But I have had to call everyday to use the money via my bank card and they have horrible customer service. I waited to speak to someone for almost 2 hours just to be told they cannot help me. I regret using this bank and will pick another local bank. Not to mention my card never works at stores and it’s really embarrassing. They need a negative starts option. I read all the previous reviews and they bank comments back “we want to help call our customer service” this will accomplish exactly what? Due to this I missed a major sale for my vacation add on’s and had to pay almost double. I will be closing my person and business account. I would rather pay fees and have service then it be free and cause me a headache. ~Joyous

They are a little outdated on the technology, but in regards to the services, spectacular. They have some nice starting interest rates for savings accounts. The main requirement is to do 6 transactions a month. They are also very helpful and try their best to represent their clients, accuse Dollar Bank is owned by the client. ~Jomari
