Use this branch frequently for business. Abdullah is so fast, thorough and pleasant and today I had Summer wait on me and she also had great customer service. I was in and out in 30 minutes and there was two people ahead of me when I arrived. I highly recommend. Person at the door always is friendly and wishes you good day too. When will coffee be back tho?

So my husband went in this branch to see why he couldn’t overdraw his account. He opted into the overdraft and should have been able to overdraw his account as a card holder. My husband spoke with someone and got financial advice then went to the teller after being told he was going to be able to and was not able to and got circled around like he was doing something illegal and I’m going to assume because he was racially profiled. These people treated us extremely rude we had to explain why we needed to overdraft like we were doing something wrong. When he opted into it he shouldn’t have to explain why he needs a overdraft. As a cardholder he should not have gotten this treatment. A hour was spent in this location and we still can’t see why he can’t overdraft his account.

If I could leave zero stars I would PNC Bank is the worst bank in Pittsburgh they are not customer driven they are corporate driven they do not care about their customers as clearly illustrated by a 10 AM opening time during a workday. Unfortunately I’ve had many other issues with them over the years and while I wish I could switch banks our government makes it extremely difficult to do so

Great branch, however can be overburdened with a rush of customers due to its location. Staff is friendly and attentive, you are immediately greeted when walking in the door and asked how you can be assisted. Robyn was great helping me change my account needs recently, made me aware of new services (as required) but was not pushy as some representatives can be (typically making for a bad experience). Simply plan ahead for extra time, have a little patience, and you'll be fine visiting this branch.

I can't say nothing bad about this branch. People are nice. But overall it's a terrible bank! I had checking acct with them for years, and my Service fee was waived from the very beginning. But all of the sudden they start charging it without ANY notification. Dishonest. Called to the customer service, they didn't help me at all (representative lied me about my account status). Money was literally STOLEN by them and not returned. I decided to close my account at all. Will not recommend this greedy and unprofessional bank. I will better loose $18 than will deal with thief-bank again. Customers means NOTHING for them.

This location is always "busy"; I use this location for my business and personal needs because it's the closest bank, but boy, do I pay a price waiting in lines hours every week! This week I dared to use their drive thru for my deposits and I got reprimanded for doing so and invited inside to the same long lines. This location excels in having 2 greeters when the lines are thru the doors or sending people on break during rush hours! I do not feel WELCOMED TO PNC! Coming inside waiting, while bankers are having lunch, is not my definition of a productive day

The company I work for uses this bank. Overall it’s not a bad place since the staff is friendly . A bit slow at the drive thru so I now go indoors for service . Not usually too long of a wait yet when there was a a wait and it seems there’s extra employees around they do not open an additional window . Possibly policy not too but waiting for making a deposit and or change keeps most of us who also work with customers , away from our stores and out customers
