From the time I called Aspen Dental in Rio Grand in New Jersey they could not have been any nicer. The team members were all so nice but Dentist did an excellent job on fixing my tooth. I cannot thank you all so much for a great experience!!!!! Note I will be using them again !!

Went to buy a stove at the pottstown location transaction was ok, delivery was a disaster. Oven came dented in a few places. The delivery guy pointed it out to me and told me that I can get a discount or I can take it for the meantime while it's replaced at no charge and to call Chris the delivery manager to let him know. He wrote it out on the delivery slip and I signed it. This delivery guy was amazing and did the right thing. So I called and was told that I can pay for a different stove WHAT !!! After making them realize how underhanded that was they agreed to replace the damaged one, that was 5 days ago. To be continued....beside

I went to Aspen as a walk in today and have nothing but great things to say. The receptionist, nurse and dentist were all really nice and helped me out with my toothache.

Appointment scheduled for 12. After x-rays taken I was left sitting in a room for 90 minutes. The only thing said was the dr is on his way in. I never saw the dr. When I left only one girl was around and she was very rude to me. I was left in a room while they were at lunch. Great way to treat a new patient.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist in fact it's been over 17 years since I last went but everyone made it as smooth and nice as possible to the point I actually regretted putting it off so long. Everyone was polite and did a great job. Absolutely no complaints what so ever.

Buyer Beware! They're great when you are "billable". Once your bill has been paid (which is usually up front) you go directly to the back of the line. I've been dealing with them since June 2021, still have not gotten issues resolved. Waited twice for over an hour for my appointment, they even took 2 people that had appointments scheduled 1/2 hour after mine and I was ignored. Walked out twice because I refuse to wait over an hour. No respect for the patient's time. There are many, many other unresolved issues with this office, but I'll be taking that up with my lawyer and my insurance company.
