Went in for a cleaning. Scheduled for 2:30. Arrived at 2:20. They never told me they were running late. Told another patient who came in after me for 3 that they were behind. Lots of talking and giggling at front desk w hygienist and drs tho! I asked if they forgot about me… no they will be with you shortly. I canceled and left.

Visit started off great. But then after the x-rays it went down hill 1st I waited 45 mins until someone finally came and call me back out front. 2nd staff was awesome otherwise (the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2) 3rd price talk about sticking it to ya. All I wanted was a tooth pulled nothing else, but it went down as the whole thing of cleaning(deep cleaning)fillings talked into getting implants and extraction $6000 Said just extraction and cleaning $1744(yes paying in cash)no insurance involved. What R they using Golden tools and what have ya.??? No way is a pulled tooth or cleaning worth that much. I would rather suffer then pay that kind of money.

Was told "I could not be seen" in this particular office because of false documentation and lies from another Aspen Dental location, who told them I always cancel my appointments?? Like what?? I have never heard of such a thing in my life.

Please do not put yourself through the waste of time and money that Aspen Dental is!!!!!! I originally came here back in June because my previous dentist retired during the pandemic. They told me I need a gingivitis cleaning and I should get my wisdom teeth removed. The wisdom teeth removal went well (and that is literally the only thing that did). They charged my a ridiculous amount way over what was originally told to me. They also had me pay for my cleaning ahead of time, which was they rescheduled three separate times, it was originally supposed to be done in July and I did not receive the service until November at which point they told me I had to pay again because they put the money toward my wisdom teeth removal (they did not make me aware of this prior). So fast forward to now, I go to different dentist because I have a tooth that is bothering me and I will never be returning to Aspen, and when I told the dentist and his assistant I got a gingivitis cleaning done they were shocked. They said there was no reason I needed one, I even told them the numbers that the Aspen lady was calling out when checking my gums (3s and 4s) and they showed me a poster from the ADA stating that a gingivitis cleaning should be done with 6s and 7s and maybe a few 5s. When I informed my new dentist that I went to Aspen he said that he hears horrible stories all the time and they obviously ripped me off. Also once you make it clear with the ladies working there that you are unhappy they make sure to be extra rude. So, please do not put yourself through the trouble and stay away form Aspen Dental!!!

Good luck try to get an appointment first the lady told me that I can get an appointment in February then when I told her what insurance I had she said we're not taking that insurance and my next appointment would be in August for my 10-year-old daughter thank God she didn't have a toothache could you imagine having to wait from February to August all about the money 🤑

Everyone was very kind and understanding and explained about the extractions etc. Billing was not helpful. She was matter of fact and didn’t give me an option of denture in my budget. It was this is it take it or leave it. Now I explained to her that I had to have the dental work so I could have my complete knee replaced. She didn’t care. She acted like I was taking her break away. I’m in pain and didn’t need her poor attitude. Guess she don’t like helping seniors.

Read this whole review, there’s a little bad and a little good and it’s as brief as I could make it: Check your dental deductible before you go here. I was charged $135 for a state of the art toothbrush because my deductible of $1500 was maxed. I was presented with an itemized list of all my dental charges following my extraction, however, expecting a customer to comb through pages of itemized charges following a treatment is unconscionable. The practice may be legal, but it isn’t right. These price gouging practices coupled with their poor receptionist service makes them a less than reputable business. However, if you are in need of a dentist, their doctors are exceptional. If you have a child that needs dental work then take them to Aspen Dental because their doctors are kind and professional. That being said, they are going to offer you or your child a gingivitis plan. They practically do this for everyone, and it requires numerous fluoride washes and numerous visits including $135 toothbrush. Your deductible will max out quickly and the rest will come out of your pocket; I suggest you buy some fluoride wash from the store, spend $5 to $35 dollars for a good toothbrush - and brush more often. I hope this helps some of you from being taken advantage of, especially the parents! Buyer beware. -Hoff
