Now according their new policy, they don't replace tires that you bought them some where else. You have to buy tires from costco to let them install.

Costco has better tires at lower prices than the competition. Pretty much, every month, they have a sale on 4 Bridgestone or Michelin tires: $70 off. Installation is just $15/tire for everything. No separate charges. Costco uses nitrogen to fill its tires, which is drier than air and increases tire life. And the service is great. Just drive up to any bay and a tech will come out and check your tire pressure and add nitrogen if needed. No waiting. They also now take appointments, so you don't have to wait for your turn. I had a tire (Costco tire) that was leaking around the rim. They took off the tire, cleaned off all the corrosion, remounted the tire and sealed it around the rim. That was months ago and still, no leaks. And, they did it for free! Who stands behind their work like that?

What a terrible, terrible experience ! Ordered tires at the end of November for my car, hope to have it before Christmas. Come December 23rd, the tires still hadnt made it to the Tire Center yet. Several trips to their Tire Center, and all they'd tell me was "we havent got the 4th tire yet, they've only shipped out 3 tires !". Now what kind of place ships out 3 tires and not the 4th?!! Called up customer service and hassled with them multiple times. They called up, looked at the fedex shipping details and one tire was supposedly "lost in shipping" (this is a lie, read on to see why). Earliest they could get me the tire was Jan 5-10th ! I was livid at this point, but nothing could prepare me for what came next - turns out the 4th tire was in the Tire Center the ENTIRE TIME ! Apparently they didn't sign for it properly and it was just sitting there, with the other 3 tires since Dec 5th !! I only found this out of course by constantly calling up the Tire Center and customer service over and over again. Now with all that had happened, you would expect them to atleast compensate me for my troubles - they offered a measly $50, which doesn't even cover installation. Save your sanity and your money and stay away from this place. If I hadn't lost out on other deals, I would have definitely just canceled my order.
