We went to sheetz as I was craving a salad with some fries. They forgot the fries, and when making my fiancés sandwich they put in on the wrong bread. So while right in front of us, they scooped the toppings off the bread and put it on the right bread. The bread was also ordered toasted and it wasn't done. Not mad, just disappointed. Definitely finding somewhere else to go to satisfy pregnancy cravings from now on

Not a bad place to get what you need in a hurry. Prices jumped up way ahead of everything I think it's quite a bit high. Gas is gas but the food is way up there.

To the ones making the food need to pay attention to and make sure the get the orders right Second time my order was wrong I ordered a burrito with grilled chicken pulled pork shredded cheddar lettuce diced tomatoes I get home get half way through eating realizing there’s no cheese no chicken and no tomatoes at all

Last time went there got half shake, half whipped crm.. $5. For 1/2 whipped crm no ice cream involved. Go to Joes Drive in. Get extra flavor. Still less. Real too.

Stood there forever because all my food was done but just sat on the counter while they made what was next on their screen. Then got my food & the sub roll was hard as a rock & my appetizer platter was cold with none of the sauces I ordered. It’s like they got a nicer store but worse service.

Just like every Sheetz shop! Has the best variety and decent prices. You can usually count on Sheetz to grab just about whatever you may need. Friendly, polite, and respectful staff. Very clean!

My negative experiences have been with all Sheetz Stores in DuBois, PA and Punxsy, PA. The employees either burn, undercook, or miss toppings at a Made To Order location. Don’t bother wasting your time contacting customer service to address the problem. You will get a different person each time and the issue will be “swept under the rug”. This was the fourth and final time it’s happened: (1) sub was burnt to the point of inedible (2) undercooked, doughy, Cinnabon’s where the dough could be moved with your tongue (3) undercooked pretzel [same as Cinnabon issue] and (4) a hotdog that was missing boom boom sauce, which only had three ingredients added to the hotdog. All of the remodeling in the world cannot help the problems at Sheetz and with the rude employees who work at the food pick up window. I will not be ordering food in any Sheetz around DuBois or Punxsy! I’m taking my business and money elsewhere. It’s not worth the wait for wrong food! At least at McDonald’s your wrong order is corrected!
