Horrible experience! I went to ALDI on July 11th, 2022. The address of the store is 7221 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15237. An employee named John insulted me at the register in front of all other customers. It was my first time at ALDI & at the register I very nicely asked John if he charged me for bags. I was under the impression that I can get bags at the register like any other grocery store. I could tell by John’s face that he is in a bad mood & it seemed like he was already not very happy ringing up customers, so I had made sure that my tone extra polite & nice. However, as soon as I asked about bags, John got furious. He yelled in front of all other customers saying ‘how would I know how many bags you want’. He was very loud & furious. I was in shock & in tears. It is not so much what he said, what bothers me that most is how he said it. Then I asked him where can I get bags, he said ‘somewhere over there’ without pointing out where. Then he moved on to the next customer with the same rude face. I am a very understanding person, however, there is a limit to how much nonsense I can take. I spoke with the store lead briefly & left. I am never going back to ALDI & I will make sure no one in my family or friends circle goes there.

Aldi McKnight Rd / Ross Township is great. I love the store, super easy to use, and generally stocked up with most items I'm looking for. However, the potholes in the parking lot are ginormous, ridiculous, tire and suspension system shatteringly annoying. Please fix the potholes. Please baby please. Someone please!!

Incredibly disrespectful check out person who threw my stuff in the cart after I asked to keep my orders separated. It was for an Instacart order. I don’t choose to do two orders in one. They are my only options when I take them. And needlessly saving three seconds on checkout time for the sake of five minutes on my end damages the food and makes my own reviews go down in turn. I’m not mad at the guy. He’s just acting on orders. Stop pressuring employees to sacrifice all else in the sake of shaving off a couple seconds on the checkout time and you’ll probably make more as a company.

Aldi genuinely has the best prices of any grocery store in the area. You cannot find greater value and quality of products anywhere else.

Best prices in town even with the rise which is at every store. Some items you just can't get elsewhere. No perks, no coupons just less cost.

Friendly staff, amazing prices and super clean just like all aldis I've been too! You just can't beat the prices here. I got 10 cans of soup, 4 packages of cookies, and 5 pasta entrees for under $16 in 2021!

Staff here, for the most part, are friendly! Store is generally clean and most items are usually in stock. Checking out would probably be the biggest issue. Lines tend to run long, and usually spill into the aisles making it a little difficult to shop, especially nearest to the dairy. They layout of this location is probably the best. Most have the produce, or another aisle, right when you walk in, making it difficult to enter. The "hallway" stretch is a nice change.

Used to be good but Quite disappointing experiences lately. Dairy section is always blown out and very unorganized. Whole milk specially organic one is always out. Very crowded on weekends. Bananas 🍌 they usually put out are still dark green.
