I love the Scott Weis store, especially since the remodel but today they disappointed me. I bought 2 packages of ground turkey, one was fine and one was rotten both were in sell by date. I called and was told I can bring it back with my receipt to get my money back. Ok, so I can spend 4.75 for the gallon of gas to return this meat totaling 3 odd dollars? A couple times of gotten things home that were boarder line but this time I called since no one had extra money to spare these days. I thought maybe they’d look up my receipt and credit me? Nope. I like the people at this store they are always friendly and helpful but will consider buying meat elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with the Wise in Olyphant. They had very little organic fruit. I didn't get all of my groceries the lady before me also didn't get all of her groceries because the cashier packages one thing in each bag and you don't realize how many bags you have and she doesn't hand you your bags... so I get all the way home and realize I'm missing 5 things so I had to go back to the store...ugh. I normally use self-checkout lesson learned will do that from now on

Was excited when they were doing renovations to the store. It looks beautiful however they did away with their deli counter. Total disappointment. You are now stuck with what they precut. It seems they are more interested in selling alcohol and automating their checkout inorder to employ less people. Will definitely travel further to go to a grocery store that values their customers and staff.

I love the selection. I love the renovations they're doing right now. It's looking beautiful so far. I just hope they don't forget the restrooms. They could use an upgrade. To me, that either makes or breaks an establishment.

This was a great store for many years, UNTIL they started this horrible, ridiculous remodeling. Top biling in the remodel is the beer, wine, booze section which we are forced to go through around every time we shop. If we wanted to frequent such products, we would go directly to the liquor store. Though we were told all employees would know where the items are and be helpful, try to find one who knows and who is even courteous, let alone helpful. A few weeks ago, no one knew where the frozen meat/seafood section went to!! Tonite's quick shopping was the icing on the cake, the deli is gone, no more deli. No more shopping at this Weis for this family either. Why not try to please the customers, loyal for years and years instead of some freaky design that makes it inconvenient for us all???!! Thanks for the supposedly caring response, we're tired of calling customer service. Why not answer our questions right here? Why the crazy remodeling putting the liquor smack dab in high profile? Why closing the deli? Why don't employees really know where anything is? Why don't employees appreciate customers?

The bakery section is great!!! Katie went out of her way to accommodate me in a short period of time. They can work with you to make whatever you are looking for. Cake was delicious and came out perfect!!! Highly recommend 👌
