I would've love to give it 5 stars because my previous experience with my local pharmacist was excellent, but NOT AT THIS LOCATION. We recently moved here (January) and since then, it has been a horrible experience. NONE of my prescriptions nor my family's have been right from the get go. Always something is wrong, either the quantity or the brand. Always calling my doctors for new prescriptions (since they claimed they cannot transfer from another location, or at least thats what they told me today, or maybe they don't know how to), the app doesn't work on this location either, I barely could understand for how low they speak. I'm at my whits ends, and unfortunately is the only pharmacy close to me. I'm very eager to just use another one, even if I have to drive somewhere else, I use many medications, VERY SAD!

They don't know how to count, and they say to pick up my medication on one date, it's filled, then when you go there it isn't ready, til the next day, don't they realize the price gas. I'm changing pharmacy, this happens all to much with medicine shoppe.

I've been coming here for a few years now and their staff is always so nice and go out of there way to please the customer. Barb was especially an angel this weekend with the snow and brought my medicine to me on her way home. I recently checked into another insurance company but they wanted me to change my pharmacy. I would never do that. Thanks for all the great service!

I switched to the Medicine Shoppe about a year ago and it was the best decision I ever made! Jason and his staff (Amy, Barb) - all of them - are ALWAYS so helpful and kind. Whenever I have questions they are there to help. They are quick efficient and they truly care. They are by far the best pharmacy around!

I'm a 30 yr ICU RN. I know great when I see it. The RPHs are all pleasant and easy to talk with. I've had the most contact with Jason. He is knowledgeable and precise. If he doesn't know something, he's not afraid to say so, then research the correct answer. Each of the staff members are pleasant and helpful. I've NEVER had a mistake and I can't say that about the "big" Rx's I've used in my area, of which there were 6, and now are 3. Thank you for reading all this.

I found out Walgreens was overcharging for my new medication. They wanted $104, and this place only charges $49.95. Walgreens send the prescription here and I came and got it the next day. Staff was friendly and it was easy to locate. Took a while to get the medication though, as the person couldn't find it. Perhaps they need to be a bit more organized.
