Went in recently with my 3 year old to get him a bear for his birthday. It was the first build-a-bear experience for both of us, and I'd been talking up how fun it was going to be for a couple of days. We got there and the employees couldn't have been more dreary and disinterested. I might try another location at some point since it's a cute idea, but this particular location was just a bummer.

I love taking my kids to build a bear. They always go crazy there. Lol good crazy.. even I get excited with all the cool stuff they have. You definitely will spend tons of money there so be ready lol. You also get to name your stuff bear or toy. The birthing station will print you out a birth certificate.. yup its awesome . Definitely will be returning

Went shopping with my daughter and her friend and they each bought a bear with accessories. The visit was great until a couple of days later when my daughter found one of their sowing needles in one of the legs of her bear. We called the store and they asked us to bring the bear and needle back with us. We did on the following day and she lady there apologized and said that she would like to unstuff the bear to make sure that there was nothing else in it. My daughter was okay with it. Once restuffed they apologized again and offered her a $5 coupon for her next purchase. I really don't think that this was their best response. This could have really injured a small child, luckly my daughter is a bit older so she was careful and mature about the situation. After so many many purchases from BAB over the years I am not sure if we will be returning since their response was so mediocre.

Stopped by to get a bear for my daughters graduation!! Manager was very professional and was able to get me in and out very quickly!! Store was very clean and well organized!! Would definitely recommend this location !!

Theres this one lady there that is super patient and kind to my daughter when we go and she always treats her like she’s her first priority when she’s there. I wish I could remember her name, she’s amazing though!

got 2 build a bears and on the drive home noticed 1 had a huge hole in the back were the string came out. My 2 year old was quietly in the back seat throwing the stuffing around the car. 😕 We don’t live close so aren’t excited about having to drive across town with 4 kids in tow to get this fixed.

So this was my first time at a Build-a-bear. I absolutely loved it !! Especially the great customer service provided from I want to say her names were Cat and Vanessa on the name tags, the experience was awesome! I got a toothless with cotton candy scent, a heart beat and a little voice recording and a saddle for my toothless<3 Most important of all, the great vibe and personality of Cat!! I love the little tradition after filling the bear! Thank u so much girls!!

Nice toy store. The team is very friendly and helpful. I’m sure they've explained the Build-A-Bear process a thousand times. Despite that, they were enthusiastic about my visit and still took the time to explain the workshop. There are probably also over a thousand combinations to Build-A-Bear. They have other soft toys to choose from aside from the classic teddy bear. There are dogs, cats, bunnies, and ponies, just to name a few. They also have characters from Pokémon, Starwars, and Frozen. Expect to spend around $40 after adding things like scent and clothing. Prices can be more or less depending on how you customize the fluffy. This is a great place to allow kids to customize their own toy. As an adult, I found it a little overwhelming. A lot of glitter, rainbows, and smiles. I suppose that’s what life is like as a kid.

Wow! This was our 1st visit to this location and it was miles ahead of the Willowbrook Mall location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store is much larger, nicely laid out and well lit. The sound effects aren't the usual individual ones (the ones that you want and they're out of stock) but are made to order on a special machine. The computers for making the birth certificates are up with modern technology. They carry a larger selection of merchandise as well.
