I like this place. Good competitive and fair gas prices and the convenience store inside is comparable to a 7-11. They also exchange propane tanks, which i did on this visit with a fast exchange and no hassle or trouble. I like having this place around, as I live nearby.

I would give a - 6 if I could. Worst representation of Speedway brand that there is. The sneeze guards don’t cover all of the food only the top. There is always a weird smell when you walk in the store not sure if it’s the bathrooms are not. There’s a short manager with dark hair that can’t manage. They also seem to hire a lot of elderly individuals with no customer service priorities at all. I am almost 100% sure that the store does not get mystery shop or they would not act the way they do not greeting customers not asking if you have a card to use and before using their own store card and stealing my point before I can even put in my own number. There is also a female there that has some extreme body odor and the manager should let her know Because it is offensive to the customers. This is the fifth time that I’ve walked in there and not been greeted by the cashier but they have their hands all over my products and then give you a total I say you know you get a lot more customers if you greet them and the old lady said “and”. Clearly the welfare check is not enough and she needs to work there she should watch her attitude. I called the corporate number three times from their store today and the corporate office is having some phone issues.

I purchased 65$ in gas, the next morning I woke up to an alert from my bank, they used my card again for 75$ and tried a third time for 95$. but was declined by my bank. I used the Gas pump only, so an employee must have pulled up my card transaction and used it. NOT HAPPY.

I ALWAYS have an issue with the card reader with the pumps. Then i can rarely find any employees inside. Each time I give them another shot I regret going back.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I had stopped by around 10:30 to quickly grab a pack of cigarettes when The 2 women that were working during the night shift started disrespecting me and claiming my id was fake even after I showed them multiple forms of id including my citizenship and my employer’s ID tag. It was by far the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. Not to mention the disgusting skunk smell that was coming from the workers

Run out of gas they charged me $20 for a gas can that leaked all over the place then they wouldn't return it because of that. They took advantage of me and ripped me off I want everybody to know I will never return here again.
