Rented a short-term Public Storage unit for a month or two as we prepare to move from our home into an apartment. Staff friendly and helpful and unit was clean. Security seemed appropriate. Everything exactly as is should be. Very satisfied with facility and rental charges.

I decided it was time to clear some room in the house and garage. After an exhaustive on line search I went with Public Storage. Price and convenience made the difference. Dropping in to the office I was met by Ciara. She was welcoming and professional right off the bat. I had questions, Ciara had answers. She made me feel I was making the right choice. I had an opportunity to see Ciara in action with other customers. She knows her business so I was doubly certain I made the right call.

Many of the storage units have weird locking systems. So pad locks or circle/disc locks won’t work. You’ll have to buy a lock from them. Also, the units seem overpriced compared to other parts of the country, but in all fairness, I didn’t compare companies. This was the closest to my current place, so I went with it. Ciara and Jeremy have been excellent! Very patient and willing to understand my needs and provide good suggestions.
