THE WORST customer service ever! I will never return back to this location. Tredena "pharmacy clerk " refused to check if my United Healthcare Plan cover my pneumonia vaccine until I go back and do an online appointment. She was very rude and unwilling to help or explain to me if my insurance cover the pneumonia vaccine unless I have an appointment. I guess that kind of behavior is unaccepted. I'm pretty sure that leaving this review won't matter to them or change anything at that location but nonetheless I wrote this anyway. I've experienced bad service before, many times actually, but this was by far on a whole other level.

The black lady on the pharmacy has one of the most disgusting attitudes and customer services or lack there of, I’ve ever seen before. I can’t believe Walgreens allow someone so toxic to be around vulnerable ppl as myself

As of today I will only use this pharmacy when Kelly is available as pharmacist as she is the best and most professional pharmacist. I went today to receive a tetanus shot due to cut finger. I first attempted to schedule online however services were unavailable so since website stated they accepted walk ins I decided to go to location. I explained I needed the tetanus shot and they advised I needed to book online. I explained I tried but not working. The pharmacy tech was very rude and said they don't take walkins and to take it up with corporate Walgreens. Meanwhile the pharmacist, Sherry, intervened and advised she would give me the tetanus shot. This visibly upset the rude pharmacist tech. I thank the pharmacist on duty for following through with the shot but overall this was a horrible experience due to the very rude pharmacy tech. She obviously does not enjoy her job and appears to have negative feeling for all customers. I seemed to have interrupted her day by being a loyal customer. I wonder if corporate or even local managers care enough to read these reviews.

I have lived by this Walgreens for 4.5 years. 1st off, I really love one of the female pharmacists here. (For those that see the complaints, Call on Sunday morning to get who I am talking about!) Despite being the messenger for Big Pharmas issues, and regularly taking the heat for something she has no control over— she is always willing to talk and explain what’s actually going on! I can’t imagine being as kind as she is, while working in this industry right now. Yet she is. This store has always had incredibly helpful associates. I’ve had some even dig in closed restock boxes to look for a specific cough drop for me, inform me of special sales on wine/goods, and just over all enjoy coming to this branch. I feel it’s always well stocked and the atmosphere seems pleasant for clients and staff. Now, I absolutely refuse to use the Walgreens app, specifically for pharmacy related things/ stock qty etc. However, I don’t feel a rating for this location— Should reflect the amount of flippancy the Walgreens corporation took when creating their application. I also will say, due to the time we live in, we have massive shortages for medications. Gas is high- delivery drivers can’t afford gas, all of those things play a huge role on wether or not a medication is in stock. Not to mention, controlled substances have a whole extra set of rules we don’t know about ….that pharmacists have to follow. These factors are frustrating, but I also will not include in my rating of the service here since it is completely out of their control. I hope this location continues to educate their pharmacist technicians how to talk to customers with helpful reasoning and guidance. It makes a huge difference!

I went to the pharmacy section to get information about a new glucometer. The African pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude. No help at all. WORST experience I ever had from Walgreens. Do better

While there is staff here that are helpful and kind. There is a particular person that answers the phone in the pharmacy that is the rudest, most idiotic tech I have ever talked to. She asks questions about your medication that only pharmacy techs would recognize and then gets frustrated when you don't understand what she is talking about. She literally makes her job harder and then acts like the customer is the problem.

THE WORST customer service ever! I will never return back to this location. Kroger has definitely impressed me but because the medication I needed was ONLY available at this location...I drove over 45 min- which was called in 2 days ago and still not ready. Window attendant is rude, no one ever lets you finish your sentence before asking the next questions. How can you call me to return when you've never verified my number?? .. 🤦🏽♀️

Went to pick up a prescription before leaving on a 2-week trip and was told that my doctor needed to call in to approve the prescription being filled 2 days early. The pharmacist, Thu, was extremely rude and humiliated me in front of many other customers when she asked me to count the days of the month with her to show me that it was 2 days early. I called my doctor who first recommended that I get a new pharmacy since (in his 25 years of practice) he had never been required to call the pharmacy to approve a prescription refill that he sent them and then charged me for an after-hours visit because he had to sit on hold for 20 minutes on a Friday night to speak with Thu. I responded to Walgreens' survey request and received a "canned' response indicating they would "speak with their staff about ways to improve customer service." Sorry, Walgreens, I think it is way past the point at which that will do any good. Most of the support staff in the pharmacy are equally rude so it was past time to move on anyway. Transferred all of our business to another local pharmacy. Who knows - they may be just as bad but at least I don't have to feel abused for a short while. I certainly won't miss that treatment that I got at Walgreens for nearly 5 years!
