Found a European Gypsy Caterpillar in my meatball sub. Its not very enjoyable when you think your biting into a warm, juicy meatball, but instead its a live, hairy caterpillar, and not just any caterpillar, a caterpillar that’s species is disrupting our area’s natural ecosystem. I’m lucky I didn’t get a rash, zero stars if I could.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! ZERO STARS Lost my debit card and I have called this place several times no answer. Also made a purchase for a latte and went I to ask for my latte she said she gave it to someone else who had the same receipt. So I just left, worst place ever. I have made several attempts to call this place to speak with a manager about my debit card and my latte but again no response and since I can't get a refund, I will leave negative reviews about this gas station on every social media platform. So thank you for taking my money and not answering my called for my debit card and my purchase.

I’m 23 and from out of state. I couldn’t buy alcohol for my family for thanksgiving because the cashier didn’t know how to identify an ID card. This has never happened to me, and it was quite embarrassing.

5/10/21 11:30pm Missing ingredients and poor quality experience overall. Not ordering food at this sheetz again. One of the worst ones in town. It’s just not consistent, some people do a good job and some just don’t put in any effort to produce a quality product that takes very little extra effort. I get it’s not your dream job but if you’re there anyway might as well make it worth your while instead of just halfassing everything.

NEVER had a problem with my id. I’m 25. Supervisor is incompetent. Rejected ID for no good reason. Had to go get my passport. Worth driving a little farther to the one by Cracker Barrel for a supervisor who can read.

You have 3 people running a gas station and a local fast food pickup/delivery/takeout food chain and they take home for an 8 hour shift around 50 dollars a day. Customers have to wait for these 3 employees,sometimes 2 , while they are taking out garbage or cleaning, or making food and attending the registers for customers. I would give 5 stars for the employees and their effort and 1 star for the laxk of management.

Love stopping here for a quick bite to eat or drink! However, I always seem to stop here to try and get a cold brew! I always forget that this is one of the only Sheetz in state college that doesn’t have a beer cave!

Often times I stop here after work for gas and sometimes for a snack or drink. The check out desk is usually lacking enough employees and there is almost always a line; in which I understand due to lack of help; however the food service prep team is timely in making sure my food is prepared quickly and efficiently. Unlike a lot of fast food places I have never had any issues with sheets forgetting extra items.
