Decent selection of stuff but do not trust these people to fix your instruments. Specifically guitars and basses. They have no clue how to set either up. They will strip your hardware and charge you. They put bass strings that were entirely too short for my extra long scale bass and still charged me, despite the lowest strings being completely unplayable. They shipped my friends guitar out and returned it to him even more unplayable than when he originally gave it to them. Charged him 150 for set up and new hardware, still returned with hardware stripped to death. Stick to classical instruments guys. This has been a problem since I was 17 and I'm 29 now.

The staff were attentive, and they have a wide variety of instruments available. Wood winds, strings, piano, drums, amps and percussion equipment, a very well rounded store. Prices were reasonable, and I could head music lessons faintly in The background so I assume they offer lessons as well. Found the selection quite impressive.

Awesome family music center with a good selections of guitars. I recently purchased a pair of amp headphones there as well as some guitar accessories, and I couldn't be happier. I will likely be returning here for my next official guitar purchase.

Good product, not much sales hustle, and if you Google the product you want you will know more than all the sales staff combined in 1 minute. I was in the mood to buy, and they could easily have upsold, or added accessories no problem. Bought the keyboard as it was there, but Amazon had me the accessories the next day. Amazon would have sold me the keyboard for the same price, and it too would also have arrived just as fast. I don't want these real stores to dissappear, but I do see why they do.

Wether getting advice and purchasing a new instrument, caring for it or taking lessons, Robert M Sides has been a great organization. The staff is super friendly. Jeff, my guitar teacher is wonderful with my young son and he couldn’t be more patient with me. Their new location by the way is easy to access and has more parking spots than before.

I love this store! They always give you the option to try out everything and see if you like it or not. The employees are very personable and not pushy. They really act like they are passionate about music, rather than acting like they just want to sell you stuff. I suggest this for everyone - including people who aren't into music, because you might find out you like it. These guys will give you a free guitar lesson when you buy one. I really like the passion that they have for music.

We went in looking for a digital piano/keyboard after reading many reviews of particular brands and model numbers online. Much to our surprise, we favored other products than what was recommended most highly on Amazon reviews. I enjoyed having the opportunity to try out multiple products, and Zach was very informative and attentive to our interests. The prices in store are also highly comparable to what we found online. A great store experience!

This was the first time I've visited the store (and most music stores in the area as I just moved here for grad school) and my experience was great! The staff greeted me with smiles, encouraged me to play every piano, and asked if I needed help with anything almost immediately. I never write reviews but after going to Rainbow Music down by the university (which was a terrribbbble experience!), I felt a need to post a review that shows how good this place is. I will definitely be returning!
